- Extra wide box.
- Shoulder pads and sticks.
- set of hand handles.
- set of double loop hand and foot handles.
- Jumpboard.
- Mini Tower.

- We place the shoulder pads on the headboard of the carriage, choosing the desired shoulder spacing, and we adjust the shoulder pad supports and adjust as much as possible the pikes of the shoulder pad supports.
- We insert the anchor pieces in each piece of metal supporting the towers and place them on their corresponding side in the reformer, tightening them with the screws until the structure is firm.
- We verify that all the pieces are in the correct position as you can see in the photo, and the screws are well fastened. We fit the mini tower that includes the pulleys to the reformer structure, fixing them with the anchor pieces. We also adjust the height of the pulley bar to the height we want.
- We use the retractable rope system to easily adjust the desired length of the rope, as it retracts automatically. We simply pull it and leave it at the length we want.
- We pass the ends of the ropes through the pulleys and adjust the length by using these tscrews that allow us to regulate it. Here we can place the handles of our choice..
- Insert the lower strap into the specific slots in the lower part of the reformer, adjusting it with the Velcro.
- We adjust the position of the lower strap to the height we want on the reformer and hook the footstrap on the outside.
- To install the footbar, first loosen the rail bolt and remove the adjustment wheel to make it easier to install. Repeat the same process on the opposite side.
- We make sure that the bar is loose and not wedged in the position change system, as can be seen in the photo, as this improves the movement of the bar for placement on the rail.
- Now we must insert the bar in the specific slots of the reformer rail and place both the wheel, at the desired reformer height, and the screw. place both the wheel, at the desired height of the reformer, and the screw.
- To place the padded footplate, simply insert it into the corresponding slot. In the same slot, we can place the jumping board.
- We adjust the lower front wheels as much as possible to secure the foot platform and the jumpboard. For the jumpboard, we raise the foot bar until it touches the stop for better fixation and security.
- We can change the carriage stoppers in the different holes according to the needs.
- Select the desired resistance using the springs and, the reformer is ready for use!.

cloth. For stains that could not been cleaned with water, use a small measure
of liquid or powder detergent diluted in water. Be sure to dry thoroughly.

lubricated periodically in order to ensure their proper functioning.
Lubrication Use a silicone spray for lubrication. Be careful with over-
lubrication. Never use wet lubricants or oil.
Spring replacement
Replace the springs every two years to ensure their correct tension and
safety. Certain environments and applications can shorten the life of your
springs and you may need to change them more frequently. Therefore, inspect
them regularly at rest for gaps and kinks between the coils. If you notice any
damage, discontinue use and replace them immediately. Breakage of a spring
during use can cause damage and injury.
Tip: During use, make sure that the springs do not recoil in an
