- We remove the carriage structure and the components from the box.
- Jumpboard.
- Double carabiner.
- Foot strap.
- 1 set of double loop hand and foot handles.
- 1 set of soft hand handles.
- 1 shoulder pads and sticks.
- Mini Tower.
- Place the shoulder pads on the trolley headboard, choosing the desired shoulder spacing, and adjust the spica of the shoulder pad supports as much as possible.
- We put the foot bar at the height we want. To do this, the first thing to do is to raise it.
- We release the adjustment wheels on both sides and now we can move the footbar along the reformer structure. We place it at the height we want and tighten the adjustment wheels.
- We take the mini tower out of its box and proceed to place it.
- We fit the mini tower that includes the pulleys to the reformer structure, fixing them with the anchoring pieces.
- We adjust the pulleys to the desired height with the anchor wheel.
- We use the retractable rope system to easily adjust the desired length of the rope, as it retracts automatically. We simply pull it and leave it at the desired length.
- We pass the ends of the ropes through the pulleys and adjust the length by using the setscrews that allow us to regulate it. Here we can place the handles of our choice.
- Place the double carabiner at the end of the handle and attach it to the end of the rope.
- To place the jump board, simply insert it into the holes in the foot platform. We adjust the lower front wheels as much as possible to secure it.
- For a better fixation and security of the jumping board, we raise the foot bar until it touches the stop.
- We place the foot strap on the inside of the reformer.
- We place the stoppers in the desired location to limit the travel of the carriage and springs, according to needs and preferences.
- And, the reformer is ready to use!
