Ideal HEATING Logic Combi2 Boilers
We have identified a potential issue with a number of our boilers. In a small proportion of the affected range of boilers (approximately 1 in 10,000), if an excessive volume of air has become trapped inside the main heat exchanger component in a fault condition, it could cause the boiler to overheat and fail.
What products are affected?
- Logic Combi2
- Logic System2
- Logic + Combi2
- Logic + System2
- Logic MAX Combi2
- Logic MAX System2
- i-mini2
- Independent Combi2
- Keston Combi2
- Keston System2
Boilers in current production are not affected by this issue.
What should you do?
Customers can check if their boiler is affected at:

- We are contacting everyone directly who has the registered warranty of an affected boiler.
- If one of the above products has not been installed and registered, this can be returned to your merchant for a direct replacement.
- Customers can continue to use their boiler. However, we are advising to repressurise it to 1.5 bar.
