Product Information

Product Registration:
To register your Acer product, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Acer website at www.acer.com
  2. Select your country
  3. Click on “PRODUCT REGISTRATION”
  4. Follow the simple instructions to complete the registration

You will also be prompted to register your product during the setup process. Alternatively, you can double-click on the Registration icon on the desktop. Once your product registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with important data that you should keep in a safe place.

Obtaining Acer Accessories:
Acer’s warranty extension program and notebook accessories are available online at store.acer.com. Please note that the Acer store may not be available in all regions, so check back regularly to see when it will be available in your country.

perform a left click. Press down firmly on the lower right corner
to perform a right click.

The left side of your Acer notebook has the following features:

The touchpad and selection buttons form a single surface.

Press down firmly on the touchpad surface to perform a left click.

Press down firmly on the lower right corner to perform a right click.

Wrap the computer security lock cable around an immovable object such as a table or handle of a locked drawer.

Insert the lock into the notch and turn the key to secure the lock.

Keyless models are also available.

Using the keyboard

The keyboard has full-sized keys and an embedded numeric keypad, a separate cursor, a lock, Windows, function and special keys. The embedded numeric keypad functions like a desktop numeric keypad. It is indicated by small characters located on the upper right corner of the keycaps. To simplify the keyboard legend, cursor-control key symbols are not printed on the keys.

Hotkeys

  • The computer employs hotkeys or key combinations to access most of the computer’s controls like screen brightness and volume output.
  • To activate hotkeys, press and hold the key before pressing the other key in the hotkey combination.
