• Reflector Panel (A) – 3 pieces
• Reflector Plate (B) – 1 piece
• Washer Bolt (C) – 9 pieces + 1 spare
• Cap Nut (D) – 9 pieces + 1 spare
• M8 Washer (E) – 6 pieces + 1 spare
• Stud (F) – 3 pieces
• Wing Nut (G) – 3 pieces

Assembly

Step 1: Connect the Reflector Panels

1. Take the 3 reflector panels (A) and align them together.

2. Insert a washer bolt (C) into each pre-drilled hole on the panels.

3. Tighten each bolt with a cap nut (D).

4. If needed, loosen each screw before further assembly.
   Step 2: Attach the Reflector Plate

5. Take the reflector plate (B) and align it with the installed reflector panels.

6. Insert a washer bolt (C) into each pre-drilled hole on the plate.

7. Tighten each bolt with a cap nut (D).

8. Secure bolts tightly.
   Step 3: Attach the Reflector Shield to the Burner Assembly

9. Attach 3 reflector studs (F) to the burner assembly.

10. Tighten the reflector studs securely.

11. Place the reflector shield on top of the studs on the burner assembly.

12. Fasten the shield using 6 M8 washers (E) and 3 wing nuts (G).

PARTS LIST

INSTALLATION

1. Connect the 3 pieces of reflector panels with 3 washer bolts and 3 cap nuts.
   TIPS : If needed, loosen each screw before further assembly.

2. Attach the reflector plate to the installed 3 reflector panels with 6 washer bolts and 6 cap nuts.
   TIPS : Secure bolts tightly.

3. Attach 3 reflector studs to the burner assembly and tighten the reflector studs.

4. Attach the reflector shield to the top of the studs on the burner assembly. Fasten with 6 M8 washers and 3 wing nuts
