    • Blinking every 0.5 seconds: Searching for the network.
    • Always on: The network is normal.

  • Get Ready
    • Make sure you have the following:
    • A smartphone with iOS 11.0 or higher or Android 8.0 or higher.
    • The ezykam+ app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
    • An account registered on the ezykam+ app.
    • The Ezykam Camera and its accessories (Power Adapter, Waterproof Cap).
    • Download the ezykam+ app
    • Go to the App Store or Google Play and search for “ezykam+”. Download and install the app on your smartphone.
    • Register an account
    • Open the ezykam+ app and follow the on-screen instructions to register an account.
    • Plug in the Ezykam Camera
    • Plug in the Ezykam Camera using the provided Power Adapter.

Get Ready

Make sure your mobile device is running iOS® 9.0 or higher or Android’™ 8.0 or higher.

  1. Download the ezykam+ app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Register an account on your ezykam+ app.
    • STEP 1.
    • Select the country.
    • Enter the email address.
    • STEP 2.
    • Enter the verification code and create a password.
  3. Plugin
    • How do I reset my camera?
    • Use the reset pin to press the Reset Button for several seconds until hear the reset beep sound. The camera will be rebooted.

  4. Add Camera
    • Open the ezykam+ app, click “+” on the top right corner of the “HOME” page, then select “Specific model to add”.

    • Align the QR code or barcode in the frame and scan it.
  5. Add Camera

  6. Status light prompt of 4G camera tail line 4G mode:
  7. Slow flashing:
  * The 4G module is abnormal or the SIM card is abnormal, and flashes once every 2s.
2.  **Fast flashing:**
  * No dialing number (no flow or bad signal), flashing once every 0.5s.
3.  **Always on:**
  * The network is normal.

    • The camera can be added to any Onvif Compliant device using the Onvit protocol. Camera can be added with port-8888 in any NVR/DVR.

  5. How many cameras can I control?
    • CP Plus app can control an unlimited number of cameras in an unlimited amount of locations. Your router may have a limit on how many cameras can be connected to one router.
