Installation instruction
How do I properly install a welding helmet?
- Attach the snap fastener on the top of the helmet.
- Install the lens on the top notch of the helmet, rotate the lens clockwise to fix the lens.
- Install the grip on the bottom notch of the helmet to make it easy to hold.

How to use the welding machine correctly?
- Welding handle wire is connected to the “+”, grounding wire is connected to the “-”.
- Clamp the welding rod with the welding handle wire.
- Turn on the control switch at the back of the welder.
- Adjust the current to the strength you need.
- Start welding work

- Alarm pilot lamp: This pilot lamp indicates when lit that the protection of the machine has been activated.

Welding method
- Knocking arc: When the end of the welding rod touches the surface of the workpiece vertically, the welding rod is quickly lifted up and kept at a certain distance, and the arc is ignited immediately.
- Scratch arc method: the end of the welding rod to the workpiece, and then like a match will scratch the welding rod in the surface of the workpiece gently, ignite the arc.
Operating Precautions
- Input power must be AC as one phase, 50 HZ, 110V .Forbid working in lacking any phase.
- In case closing the power switch, no load voltage may be exported. Do not touch the output electrode with any part of your body.
- Before operation, no concerned people should be left. Do not watch the arc in unprotected eyes.
- Ensure good ventilation of the machine to improve duty ratio.
- Turn off the welding machine when the operation finished to economize energy sources.
- When power switch shuts off protectively because of failure. Do not restart it until problem is resolved. Otherwise, the range of problem will be extended
