Installation instruction

How do I properly install a welding helmet?

  1. Attach the snap fastener on the top of the helmet.
  2. Install the lens on the top notch of the helmet, rotate the lens clockwise to fix the lens.
  3. Install the grip on the bottom notch of the helmet to make it easy to hold.

How do I properly connect the cable to the connector?

How to use the welding machine correctly?

  1. Welding handle wire is connected to the “+”, grounding wire is connected to the “-”.
  2. Clamp the welding rod with the welding handle wire.
  3. Turn on the control switch at the back of the welder.
  4. Adjust the current to the strength you need.
  5. Start welding work

  1. Alarm pilot lamp: This pilot lamp indicates when lit that the protection of the machine has been activated.
  2. Cooling vent: Promote air circulation.
  3. Liquid crystal display: display the value of real-time current.
  4. Current adjustment knob: set welding current (5 -140 A).
  5. Earth connection-” output.
  6. Welding connection ”+” output.
  7. Mains switch.

Welding method

  • Knocking arc: When the end of the welding rod touches the surface of the workpiece vertically, the welding rod is quickly lifted up and kept at a certain distance, and the arc is ignited immediately.
  • Scratch arc method: the end of the welding rod to the workpiece, and then like a match will scratch the welding rod in the surface of the workpiece gently, ignite the arc.

Operating Precautions

  1. Input power must be AC as one phase, 50 HZ, 110V .Forbid working in lacking any phase.
  2. In case closing the power switch, no load voltage may be exported. Do not touch the output electrode with any part of your body.
  3. Before operation, no concerned people should be left. Do not watch the arc in unprotected eyes.
  4. Ensure good ventilation of the machine to improve duty ratio.
  5. Turn off the welding machine when the operation finished to economize energy sources.
  6. When power switch shuts off protectively because of failure. Do not restart it until problem is resolved. Otherwise, the range of problem will be extended
