WEARING METHOD
Before putting on the earphones, please ensure both earpieces are connected correctly onto the designated cables. The monitors should be worn as illustrated below for best user experience.
Installation Instruction
- STEP 1:
- Left and right earpieces are marked L and R respectively.
- STEP 2:
- Put on the left unit as illustrated.
- STEP 3:
- Put on the right unit as illustrated.

Information and instructions as listed on this pamphlet should be followed carefully. This would ensure a smooth post-sales experience and secure your understandings in legal bindings between LETSHUOER and you.
Precautions
- Left and right earpieces are marked L and R respectively.
- IEMs are very meticulous electronics. Please refrain from striking, bumping, soaking or squeezing the earpieces excessively so as to not damage the internal components.
- Earpiece plugs should not be pulled too hard in order to prevent damaging the connectors. When removing the cable, please hold on to the plastic / metal lead instead onto the cable.
- For your personal safety, please do not use the earphones when driving, cycling, or crossing the street.
- Please do not use the earphones for too long with sustained high volume pressure. Doing so may permanently damage your hearing. Please also do not play at a volume that exceeds the acceptable range for the human ear to avoid damaging the headphones.
- Do not plug in the earphones into power outlets.
- The filter nozzles can be blocked by earwax after an extended period of time. Please unclog it occasionally to ensure optimal performance of the IEM.
- Please clean your earphones frequently and replace them if it needs to be to protect your hearing.
- Children should be using this product under adult supervision as it is not a toy.
Product Genuity Verification
To verify if your earphones are genuine goods, access the website. https://shuoer.xcode315.com/h5/ (or scan the QR code at the back cover of this pamphlet) and enter your 16-digit security code. During the verification process, please make sure the earphones’ color matches the ones on the website.
Warranty Clauses
- After-sales service will be available when the end-user produces a legitimate retail invoice and warranty card.
- Product replacement will only be accepted when inspections are completed by an approved LETSHUOER engineer. Cables need to be intact, earphone chassis should be free of blemishes and not damaged.
- This product is covered by a 12-month warranty upon purchase date.
- Failure to use under normal operation, and the appearance of unrepaired without stains, can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Warranty is only for the main part of the headset, other random accessories have a warranty period of three months, random gifts are not covered by the warranty.
Limitation of Service
- Should one of the following situation listed below occur, LETSHUOER is not liable for repair or service:
- Damages or malfunctions caused by shock, bump, drop, bend or other forms of mishandling.
- Malfunction caused by opening up of the earpieces without written permission by LETSHUOER.
- Malfunctions caused by storing the units in humid environments. in close proximity to strong magnetic sources or submersion under water.
- Failure to provide proof of warranty, including the warranty card and receipt from authorized channels.
