Safety Warning

Install the Bottom Plate
To install the bottom plate, follow these steps:

Safety warning
You may not open the lid when the water is filling in the tub. The new water inlet hose supplied with the appliance is to be used and the old water inlet hose should not be reused. Please remove item such as coins, button, sand and other solid materials from clothing before washing.

Check that water tap is open after connection to machine, prior to operation and that pipes are connected correctly. If the power cord or others parts of this appliance become damaged or faulty, please contact technician to repair or replace it. Do not attempt to fix it by yourself as this may cause personal injury or void warranty.

Installation & Adjustment

Please install and adjust the machine according to the directions contained in this manual. It is very important to follow these directions to ensure the machine operates correctly and safely.

Install the bottom plate
The purpose of the bottom plate is to reduce noise level from the washing machine while operation in progress.

Steps:

  1. Lay the machine on a flat and clean floor.
  2. Place the plate onto the bottom of the machine.
  3. Use a screwdriver to tighten the screw (in accessory bag) securing the panel to bottom of the washer.
  4. Once the screw is tight and the panel is secure, put the appliance back in an upright position.

Balance washing machine
Do not install the machine on a tilted floor. Pleas install the machine on a level floor. If the floor is not level, use the adjustable feet to adjust it. Keep the machine at 20mm from each adjacent wall.

Change the direction of the drain hose
Lay the machine on a flat and clean floor. Relocate the drain pipe in a diagonal direction if required.

Position the drain hose

  1. Do not let the drain hose run over doorsills that protrude 10cm from the floor.
  2. Do not trample on the drain hose.
  3. Cut the excessive part if needed.
  4. If extra drain hose is needed, please make separate purchase. The inner diameter of the extra hose shall not less than 30mm,and the length shall not exceed 1.5m.
  5. If the extra hose is too long, cut it either at A or at B point.

Note: The new water inlet hose supplied with the appliance is to be used and the old water inlet hose should not be reused.

Inlet pipe connection
The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old hose-sets should not be reused.

Connect the water tap water tap, suitable

water tap, not suitable

It is required that the front end shall be longer than 10mm.
The spout of the water tap shall be flat and smooth. If not please polish it to avoid leakage.

Connection between the water inlet hose jointer and the water tap

  1. Press the lower end of the locking lever and push down the slider. Remove the water inlet hose jointer from the water inlet hose component. See Figure 1.
  2. Remove the nameplate. Make sure the is 4mm above the screw nut. See Figure 6. If the is less than 4mm above the screw nut. Loosen the screws.
  3. Insert the jointer of the water inlet hose on the tap. See Figure 2.If the tap is too large and the jointer cannot be inserted on the water tap, please loosen the four screws and remove the bushing in the jointer. The front end of the tap must be smooth, otherwise it may leak water. See Figure 3. ****
  4. Tighten the four screws evenly. See Figure 4. ****
  5. Turn the screw nut in the arrow direction, see Figure 5. ***After installation, the is less than 2mm above the screw nut. See Figure 6.

Connection between the water inlet hose and the washer

  1. Do not remove the water absorption cushion. Please check if the cushion is dropped or damaged before use. If it happens please contact our after-sale department immediately.
  2. Put the nut of the water inlet hose on the valve jointer.
  3. Tighten the nut. Swing the hose gently to ensure its firmly connected.

Connection between the jointer of the water inlet hose and the water inlet hose

  1. Push down the slider. Insert the water inlet hose into the jointer.
  2. Connect the locking lever to the jointer. Release the slider with a clicking sound.

Check the connection between the jointer of the water inlet hose and the water tap

  1. Swing the hose gently to ensure its firmly connected.
  2. Turn on the water tap and check if there are any leaks around the connection areas.
  3. Do not stretch the water hose by force.
  4. After connecting the jointer to the water tap, check if it is connected properly by pulling the water inlet hose downwards.

Disassemble the water inlet hose

  1. Close the water tap.
  2. Press the locking lever. Push down the slider, remove the water inlet hose.

Before washing

Preparation before washing

  1. Connect the jointer of the water inlet hose to the water tap. Turn on the water tap.
  2. The washing machine must be properly grounded. Then plug in the power cord to the power socket. Do not ground the washing machine to a gas pipe, water pipe or telephone line.
  3. Put down the drain hose.

Laundry Guidelines
Clear the pockets and take out loose items such as coins, soils, pins and others metal objects.

Tie any long straps or strings, button up and close zippers.

The weight of the laundry shall not exceed the rated capacity of your machine, spread out the laundry before placing it evenly in the tub.

Turn the clothing inside out or put inside the laundry net to prevent excessive vibration or noise on the appliance while operation in progress.

  • Check the care label on the clothing, and sort them accordingly before start the wash.
  • Separate white from colours.
  • Do not put fabrics that are insoluble in water to the machine.
  • Prewash the soiled clothes and apply detergent directly on the stain before washing.
  • Turns the clothing inside out before washing to minimize the lint build-up after washing.
  • Do not put the laundry contaminated with alcohol, paint thinner, gasoline, benzene and other inflammable or explosive substances into the washing machine.

Operation

Loading your laundry

  • The rated washing capacity refers to the largest dry weight of a load that can be washed.
  • The thickness, size and type of clothes will influence the actual capacity.
  • Do not select more than water level “4” for clothes less than 2.0kg, to avoid splashing of water.
  • It is recommended that low suds/high efficiency washing powder is used.

Adding Detergent

How to use liquid detergent
Before washing put the liquid detergent into the liquid detergent box directly as indicated the above figure. The usage and dose of the liquid detergent as per the specifications of liquid detergent.

How to use softener

  • The usage and dose of the softener as per the specifications of softener.
  • Pour softener into the softener compartment as illustrated in the figure above. Softener will be adding into the washing machine during the rinse cycle.
  • Flush the detergent drawer with water before the next wash cycle to avoid residue and optimize the washing performance.
  • The usage and dose as per the specifications of liquid detergent.

How to use washing powder

It is suggested to add washing powder into the detergent box for Fuzzy and Reserve program, Dissolve directly inside the washing machine:(not applicable for fuzzy and reserve program)

  1. Add some water (select “4” water level).
  2. Add washing powder. Run for about 30s to fully dissolve the Powder. Then push the “Start/Pause” button.
  3. Put in laundries. Select suitable water level. Push the “Start/Pause” button again.

Quick dissolving of washing powder:

  1. Prepare warm water to 30℃ and container.
  2. Add washing powder while stirring to dissolve it completely.

Apply an appropriate amount of washing powder in accordance to the laundry volume and select the right water level. If you select “Quick” Wash program, it is suggested to use liquid detergent instead of washing powder to optimize the washing effect. It is not recommended to use rich-foam washing powder. Flush the detergent drawer with water before the next wash cycle to avoid residue and optimize the washing performance.

Explanation of buttons

Indicator display
Off

  • On: Indicates the program is about to run and indicates the selected cycle and options
  • Flashing: Indicates the program is running and indicates the selected cycle and options

Child Lock function
The function is intended for children safety and preventing children change the washing program.

Activate the Child Lock function:
First press the “Power” button and select the desired washing program and press the “Start/Pause” button. Next press the “Rinse” button more than 3 seconds to lock all the button. You will hear 3 beeps. After the 3 beeps, the display shows “CL” means child lock function is activated.

Deactivate the Child Lock function:
Press the “Rinse” button more than 3 seconds again and after 3 beeps, the child lock light turn off and child lock function is deactivated.

Digital tube

  • Displays total time remaining during current, in progress wash cycle
  • Displays remaining time when the “Delay” program is used(hours)Page16
  • Displays error codes (see page 16)

“Power” button

  • Press the “Power” button to switch on/off the washing machine.
  • The washing machine will switch off automatically if the “Start/Pause” button is not press within 10 minutes.

“Start/Pause” button

  • After Power on and choose the desired program, press the Start/Pause button to start the operation.
  • During operation in progress, press the Start/Pause to pause the machine if required.
  • Press the Start/Pause button again to resume the operation.

“Wash” “Rinse” “Spin” “Soak” button

  • Choose Normal, Quick, ECO, Heavy, Delicate, Bedding, can set different wash time, rinse time, spin time. Select Silk you can set a specific wash time, rinse time, spin time, but Soak is not optional.
  • When choosing the number of rinses, you can choose whether to rinse with reserve water or not according to your needs. During reserve rinsing, It will not drain off water unless press the “start/pause” .It will reserve 4 hours if the procedure involved function of “Rinse” and alarm every 15 minutes.
  • If the time beyond 4 hours, the procedure will go on and drain water.

“Water Level” button

  • For the “Normal” program the machine will run a fuzzy logic program that automatically detects the type of laundry in the tub. The washing machine can detect the laundries automatically. After detection, it will set the water level to suitable value automatically. You can also set water level by yourself. After the machine is started, it will not set water level automatically. You shall push the Start/Pause button to make new setting.
  • During operation of soak, wash and rinse program, you can push down the water level button to add water. When you release the button , or it reaches the over flow water level, the machine will stop adding water.
  • The water level decided may be different from actual value because of the different moisture level of the laundries.

Quick Spin

  • Push the ” Power ” button to switch on the power.
  • The user can press “Spin” button to select the desired time of spin, then press “Start/Pause” to start the machine.

Delay

  • Push the Delay button and the display will show the remaining time for the cycle to finish (in hours).The indicator flashes to indicate that the delay function is operating.
  • Delay start can be set for 00-24hr operation.

NOTE: The delay time is until the selected wash program finishes (you need to deduct wash time from this delay time to calculate when the wash start).

Reserve Water

  • After this function is selected, no drainage will be carried out in the process of water retention, and the retained water can be reused

Fresh Air

  • After this function is selected, after the end of the washing procedure, the bucket and the wave wheel will rotate in a dehydrated state every period of time, exchange the moisture in the bucket with the fresh air outside, prevent the clothes inside the bucket from producing mildew smell, and inhibit the breeding of bacteria
  • When the machine has completed the selected current wash cycle an audible alarm will sound and the machine will switch off automatically.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Maintenance

  • Unplug the washing machine before carry out any cleaning and maintenance to avoid the risk of electric shock.
  • Clean the lint filter(s) and detergent drawer after each wash, otherwise it may influence your next use.

Clean the detergent drawer and install back to original position.

  1. Lift up the cover gently.
  2. Rinse the drawer with water and brush it until it is clean.
  3. Close the cover gently.

To prevent blockage of water supply by dirt and dust, clean the filter at water inlet valve by brushing it every 2 months.

The lint filter must be used during washing.

Clean the lint filter after use. How to remove and install the lint filter:

  1. Press down the upper area of the filter case to remove. (figure 1)
  2. Unlock the front cover. (figure 2)
  3. Clean the filter with running water and a brush.
  4. When cleaning is completed, put the filter back to the filter case.
  5. Close the cover and reinsert the filter case back to the original position.
  6. Make sure the filter case fits in completely, otherwise it will affect the washing performance.

If the washing machine case is dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth.

  • Do not wash directly with water.
  • Use a soft cloth with soap liquid to clean the washing machine case.

Do not wipe machine with thinners, petrol, alcohol or other hash solvents.

  1. After washing cycle finished, turn off the water tap.(you may remove the water inlet hose if required).
  2. Do not store water inside the tub for a long period of time without complete a washing cycle. Drain out the water completely after complete the washing cycle.
  3. Hang the power cord and drain hose properly.
  4. Use a soft cloth to wipe out water droplets on the washing machine case. Leave the lid opens for an hour to prevent formation of moisture and odours.

Troubleshooting

If there is a fault or the machine doesn’t operate correctly, kindly refer to the diagnostic list below first. It is recommended to read the list below before reach to our customer care team. Please contact our customer care team if a repair is needed. Please do not attempt to fix the machine by yourself.

  • Is the water tap closed or has the water supply been interrupted?
  • Is the water inlet valve blocked?
  • Is the water pressure too low?

  • Turn on the water tap. Press Start/Pause button once more. Clean the water inlet valve then press the Start/Pause button once more.
  • Use after the water pressure is normal.

The display shows FA.

  • The water level sensor has failed.

The machine does not work.

Not washing

|

  • Is there a power failure? Is the power plug inserted tightly?
  • Has the water level reached preset position?

  • Wait for the power supply to be restored.
  • Insert the power plug tightly.
  • Wait for the water to fill to the preset level

Not spinning

|

  • Is the power plug inserted tightly?
  • Is the top lid closed?
  • Is the laundry distributed unevenly in the machine?

  • Insert the power plug tightly.
  • Close the top lid. Press the Start/Pause button once more.
  • Spread the load evenly.

There are abnormal sounds inside the machine.

  • Is the machine level?
  • Has the laundry been placed unevenly in the machine?
  • Are there any foreign objects inside the bowl?

  • Level the machine.
  • Spread the load evenly. Close the top lid. Press the Start/Pause button once more.
  • Remove the foreign objects.

Common occurrence

Problem Cause
–  Stop spinning before complete the cycle. – Uneven load distribution
– Selected spin program, but it doesn’t works. – The water will drain out

first before spinning cycle starts.
– Water in the drain hose when unpack.| – Residue from the performance inspection that done by factory.
– Operation stops before completing wash cycle.| – The appliance detected low water level, will add water automatically to the ideal level before resume the operation.
– Washing machine resume its operating after power supply back to normal.| – Once the power supply back to normal/ power plug insert properly to the socket, the machine will resume the washing cycle without reset program.
