NOTE:
- This timer is only suitable for 3/4″thread standards.
- Clean the filter regularly and replace it if it’s worn in order to extend the working life of timer.
- In winter, please remove batteries, drain and store it indoor to keep away from freezing.
- Do not install the timer with tools. Hand tighten ONLY. Use of tools may damage the timer.
- Do not subject the product to extreme force and shock.
- To prevent leakage, make sure that the water timer is tightly attached to the faucet and hose, add rubber washer and thread seal tape if necessary.
- Zone (1) and zone (2) are turned on at the same time, but the water output time is different.
- For outdoor use only.
PRODUCT INSTALLATION
1. INSTALLINGS THE BATTERY
- Remove the battery cover on back of the timer.
- Install 4 new AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not included).
- Firmly reinstall the cover back into the timer.
NOTE:
- Firmly restore the battery to ensure water resistance.
- Removed old batteries at the end of the watering season and disposed of them properly.
- Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on display.
- Please do not insert rechargeable batteries to avoid low voltage.
- The timer don’t have programmable memory, it needs to be reset once power off.
2. INSTALLING THE TIMER
- Attach the timer to an outdoor hose faucet.
- Please turn on the tap after programming the timer.
AUTOMATIC WATERING PROGRAM SETTING
1. SET CLOCK
- Turn dial to SET CLOCK
- Press the “ ” to set the current hour and mintues.
- Using the button to switch between hours and minutes.
- Turn dial to save changes.
TIPS:
- Hold the“ or ” button can change the time quickly.
- At the end of setting, please turn dial to save changes. If you press “OK” at the end, it will go back to the previous step.
2. SET START TIME
- Turn dial to START TIME
- Press the to switch the zone (1) and zone (2).
- Press the “ ” to set the current hour and mintues.
- Using the to switch the hours and minutes.
- Turn dial to save changes.
When the START TIME< NOW, The scheduled task will be executed the next day.
3. SET HOW LONG
- Turn dial to HOW LONG.
- Press the to switch the zone (1) and zone (2).
- Press the “ ” to set the watering duration.
- Using the to switch the hours and minutes.
- Turn dial to save changes.
1. When the HOW LONG= 0 minute, the scheduled task will not be executed.
2. The Watering duration is from 0 minute to 5 hours 59 minutes.
4. SET HOW OFTEN
- Turn dial to HOW OFTEN
- Press the to switch the zone (1) and zone (2).
- Press the “ ” to set the HOURS and DAYS.
- Turn dial to save changes.
You can choose to water from every 1 to 23hours, or 1 to 7days
Examples of watering frequencies are every 1 day, every 2 days and every 3 days:
Every 1 day
Every 2 day
Every 3 day
5. AUTO
Turn dial to AUTO, the watering plan will be automatically executed.
It will display the current day and time, and followed with the next watering
plan.
When the HOW LONG= 0 minute, the NEXT will display OFF
6. OFF
Turn dial to OFF , the screen shows OFF and the battery level.
All program are saved and the timer stop working.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
MANUAL WATERING
Please make sure the timer is at Auto.
- Press the “ ” and press “ ” to select watering duration from 0 min to 59 mins.
- Press the to switch the zone (1) and zone (2).
- Press “ ” button , it will start to watering.
- When you press the “ ” button again, the manual watering task ends even if it is watering and the timer will switch back to Auto mode.
Zone (1) only: Set the zone ② = 0 minute.
Zone (2) only: Set the zone ① = 0 minute.
RAIN DELAY
Please make sure the timer is at Auto.
- Hold and press “ ” button 5s until the “ ” appears on the screen.
- Press “ ” button to set the duration of the delay from 0 to 7 days.
- Press “ ” button to save changes.
- To quit the Rain delay, press “ ” 5s again.
CHILD LOCK
Please make sure the timer is at Auto.
Hold and press “ ” button 5s until the “ ” appears on the screen. If you want
to cancel the “ “, press “ ” button 5s again.
BATTERY STATUS
Battery status will be displayed as following:
FULL LOW BATTERY
Note: When the low battery indicator appears on display, the valve will close automatically to avoid leakage. Please replace the battery in time in case of interrupting the normal operation.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Possible Cause | Possible Solution |

Leakage | 1. No silicone gasket installed | |
2. The faucet is not the standard 3/4″ thread. | 1. Add silicone gasket |
2. Make sure the faucet is a 3 /4″ faucet.
3. Wrap with teflon tape.
The water won’t stop / flow out| 1. Long time storage and
transportation make the valve inactive.
2. Valve blockage| Step1. Keep the tap turned off and turn the timer dial to
AUTO.
Step2. Run the manual watering function or 5-7s and stop it.
Step3. Repeat the Step 2 for 3 to 5 times.
Step4. Try to use it normally.
Short battery life| 1. Mixed use of old and new batteries.
2. Used the carbon batteries or rechargeable batteries.| Use new alkaline
batteries
Low water pressure| 1. Filter blockage.
2. Inlet pressure not sufficient to support watering needs.| 1. Check if the
filter is clogged, clean or replace the filter.
2. Make sure the timer is installed properly and the thread is 3/4″.
3. Installation of a booster pump or other auxiliary equipment of increasing
water pressure.
No response for manual/rain delay function| After seting manual watering
or rain delay time , without pressing OK button to save and run.| Press OK
button again after the time confirmed.
