This wireless drive allows you to wirelessly access your music, videos,
photos, and data and stream it to your iPad, iPhone, tablet, smartphone, and
notebook. With the internal hard drive storage, users don’t need to worry
about running out of space on mobile devices. Also, the built-in USB 3.0 port
in this drive helps for effective data transfer.

APPEARANCE AND FUNCTION
The Ethernet Interface:
- Router Mode: Connect the device to the router, and the device can serve as the terminal equipment to assign IP. The device can then provide the connection between the terminal device and WiFi.
- USB3.0 Port When it is connected to the computer, users can transmit their data between the computer and the device, this action can also charge the device battery.
INSTALL GUIDE
Get Start/ Connect
To function as an external hard drive, simply connect the Eagletec wireless drive to the computer’s available USB port. The wireless drive will automatically mount on your desktop or inside the “My Computer”.
Mobile HDD Mode:
Connect the USB port to the computer. The wireless drive works solely as a USB
external HDD with no power charging function and no wireless Drive access.
Wired Mode:
Connect the wireless drive using an internet cable into the available port on
the back of your router to function as a wired Internet pass-through, the DHCP
feature of the wireless drive will automatically assign an IP address to have
access to the internet.
Wireless Mode
Wirelessly connect the wireless drive to your existing wireless router to
function as a wireless Internet pass-through to have access to the Internet as
in the picture below.
- A. Wireless Drive Mode: Press the power button ON. The Wireless Drive works solely as a wireless drive.
- B. Router Mode: Connect to the router via network cable to the Internet.
- C. AP+Client Mode: The wireless drive can also connect to the router via Wifi to the Internet.

WARRANTY
- The user must produce a valid warranty card and purchase receipt for free maintenance services during the maintenance period, otherwise, the Company reserves the right not to provide maintenance services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- In the following cases, EagleTec’s product failure or damage will not covered by the free repair service, whether or not still within the warranty period,
- The entire or part of the product has exceeded the warranty period; If the user did not read or follow the instructions in the manual and caused failure or damage though incorrect installation or misuse.
- If the product has been tampered with in any way.
- Information and property loss while using this product; If the product has been intentionally vandalised.
- Accidental or man-made factors (including computer viruses, handling, extrusion, bumps, scratches, impacts, exposure to high temperature, improper input voltage, corrosion, water, fire, accidents, etc);
- Unusual circumstances; causes of failure or damage due to natural disasters including fire and earthquakes;
- The serial number sticker is lost, damaged, difficult to read or traces of artificial tampering;
- If the product or its parts have been discontinued, or the product cannot be repaired, our Company reserves the right not to repair and replace another product to the user;
- In any dispute, our Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
Mac/ Windows Client Tool
PC Client Software Installation-Use “NAS Client Log In Utility V1.0.8.0”:
Use “NAS Client Log In Utility V1.0.8.0 Setup. exe” and install. This client will facilitate the search for the Wireless Drive. Download and install “NAS Client Log In Utility V1.0.8.0 Setup. exe” software through this ftp link.

Steps to download
Select “Public”, then select “EagleTec Wireless Drive Tools”, and choose Mac /
Window Client zip file to download.
Wi-Fi
Switch on the wireless drive by pressing the power button on the front panel.
Wait for a few minutes until the Wireless LED remains lit. Enable the Wi-Fi
feature on your PC and open the Wireless Network Connection, Select the “Eagle
Tec-Wireless-Drive-xxxx” wireless connection (default wireless SSID: Eagie
Tec-Wireless- Drive-xx) and enter the default password as 11111111. Once you
have successfully connected to your wireless drive, you may now run the
“Wireless Drive” to search for your device and complete the configuration
process.
xxxx represents a group of hexadecimal numbers, they are different on each
wireless drive.

2. PC Client Login Utility Double-click the “Wireless Drive” icon on your desktop. The software utility will search all the connected devices in your network.

If you do not find the “Wireless Drive” on the list of devices connected in your network, click on the “Refresh” button to refresh the device list. Select the “Wireless Drive” on the list, then click on the “Log In” button to enter the web interface.

If you choose to click on the ‘ My Storage’ button, enter the admin login name and password to gain access to the wireless drive. Once successfully logged in, it automatically mounts the storage area of the Wireless Drive onto your desktop.

Type the default user name as ‘admin’ and leave the password as blank. Click on the ‘log-in’ button to access the web management interface.
Wi-Fi HDD Configuration using PC
Once your Wi-Fi-enabled PC is successfully connected to the Wi-Fi HDD, using
the “Wireless Drive” will allow you to access our built-in Web Management
Interface and configure your device.
- During the initial setup, our Wizard will automatically run and will guide you through the step-by-step process on configuring the Wireless Drive” as seen on the screenshot below. You may cancel this process by clicking on the “X” at the top right corner of the window. If you cancel the Wizard, it will keep the factory default settings of vour Wireless Drive”
- Click on the “Next” button. By default, the Wired Access is selected.
There are two available Internet Access options –

A. Wireless Access
Connecting the Wi-FI HDD to another wireless device to have internet access. -
B. Wired Access
Directly connecting the Wi-Fi HDD to the available port on the back of the router.
Selecting the Wireless Access
- SSID: Enter the SSID name or click on the “Rescan” button to automatically search for the available wireless network connections.
- Password: Enter the correct password to join the wireless network connection selected.
- IP Address: Select either DHCP or Manually assign an IP address.
- By selecting DHCP, the host will provide an IP address automatically to connect to the internet
- By selecting Manual, you have to manually assign an IP address to connect to the internet.
Selecting the Wired Access Option
By selecting the Wired Access option, the Dynamic IP is selected as the
default setting. You can manually assign your IP address by clicking on the
green arrow and selecting the Static IP option.
- Click on the “X” button if you wish to cancel and exit this window.
- Click on the “Next” button. The next step is to configure the Wi-Fi Disk.
SSIDEnter the combination of letters and numbers only. 32 characters is the
maximum allowable SSID length Channel The default setting is set to Auto.
There are 14 available channels to choose from.
Modes: The default setting is 11b/g/n. You can also manually set the modes to
11Mbps (802.11b), 54MBPS (802.11G), and 150Mbps (802.11n).
Security: The default setting is Mixed WA/WPA2-PSK. WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK are
also available.
PasswordThe default password is set to 11111111.
IP AddressThe default IP address is set to 10.10.10.254 with a subnet mask of
255.255.255.0. The IP address can be changed.

Click on the “Next” button. The next step is to change the admin’s default password. Click on the “Next” button once the password has been modified. You may click on the “Skip” button to keep the default password.

Click on the “Finish” button to complete and save the changes made. The system will start rebooting. This process will take approximately 5 minutes, the step-by-step wizard can be cancelled at any time. Click on the “X” located at the top right of the window. Click on the “OK” button to exit or “Cancel”.
App Store
iOS Client App Installation
- Search and locate the free Eagletec “Wireless Drive” app and follow the on-screen installation instructions.
- Once the installation process has been completed, the “Wireless Drive” app can be found on the desktop.
Access Wi-Fi

Turn on the wireless drive.
Wait for a few minutes to complete the initialization process. The blue Wi-Fi LED on the device should remain solid indicating that the initialization process has been completed. -
Click on the “Settings” icon on the desktop as seen in the screenshot below.

Switch on Wi-F. Wireless drives should appear on the list of Wi-Fi networks. Click on the Wireless Drive as seen in the image below. Enter the default password (11111111) and click on the “Connect” button.
- Once the Wireless Drive is selected, a checkmark will appear before the SSID and the Wi-Fi logo will appear after the device name on the top left of the display.
User Log-in
- Click on the Eagletec “Wireless Drive” icon to launch the app.
- Enter admin as the user name and the password that you assigned during the configuration process. The password is only required during the first login. The device remembers the password and there is no need to enter it again the next you log in.
- Once the password has been entered correctly, you will be automatically connected to the “My Wi-Fi Disk”. The “Wi-Fi Disk” is the wireless drive storage.
Android Client App Installation
- Click on the “Play Store” icon on the desktop as seen in the image below. Search and locate the free Eagletec “Wireless Drive” app and follow the on-screen installation instructions.
- Once the installation process has been completed, the Eagletec “Wireless Drive” app can be found on the desktop as seen in the image below.
Access Wi-Fi

Turn on the wireless drive. Wait for a few minutes to complete the initialization process. The blue Wi-Fi LED on the device should remain solid indicating that the initialization process has been completed.

Click on the “Settings” icon on your desktop as seen in the screenshot below.

Switch on the Wi-Fi wireless drive should appear on the list of Wi-Fi networks. Click on the Wireless Drive as seen on the image below.
Enter the default password (11111111) and click on the “Connect” button. -
The word “Connected” will appear under the SSID name which is an indication that the Android Device is connected to the wireless drive.
User Log-in

Click on the Eagletec “Wireless Drive” icon to launch the app.

Enter the Admin password that you assigned during the configuration process.
The password is only required during the first login. The device remembers the password and there is no need to enter it again the second time you log in. -
Once the password has been entered correctly, you will be automatically connected to the “My Wi-Fi Disk”. The “My Wi-Fi Disk” is the Wi-Fi HDD Storage.
