What is in the Box?

Start with the product parts positioned horizontally for an easier assembling process.

Twist top pole to make it loose.

Twist top pole to lock in the length.

A: Firstly, compress assembled pole against the ceiling.
B: Secondly, swing the bottom of the pole into position.

Open the clip and fix it on the pole. Insert the basket into the clip and press from both hands to secure, then push the basket to completely lock into the clip.

Height adjustable from 47-121 inches. By increasing or reducing the use of part B could effectively adjust the height, use part D to enlarge the adjustable range(see the adjustable height range and parts in the dimension form).
TROUBLESHOOTING
Q: Why aren’t the clips wide enough for the pole?
A: The clips are purposely short of closing on the poles to ensure a tight fit.
Q: Why aren’t the clips tight enough to stop the baskets from moving?
A: It is likely that the baskets are not pushed down enough to lock into the clip.
INSTALLATION HEIGHT DIMENSION FORM
Caution
1. Please place vertically, do not install on sloping floor or ceiling.
2. Please install the shower caddy on solid floor and ceiling.
3. If your bathroom ceiling is suspended, please check whether it’s strong
enough to bear the shower caddy before installation.
4. Please dry the stainless steel pole and fixing clips before adjusting the
height of baskets.
