About Your Tracker

The Optimus 2.0 GPS Tracker is a versatile device designed for tracking vehicles, assets, and people. It comes with a power button, SOS button, and various LED indicators for GPS, battery, and cellular signal status.

Power Button:

• To turn on the tracker, press the power button.
• The GPS LED indicator will start flashing while searching for a GPS signal.
• Once the GPS signal is successfully acquired, the GPS LED indicator will remain solid for 5 seconds.

Battery Indicator

• The battery LED indicator will flash when the battery is low or when the battery is being charged.
• When the battery is fully charged, the battery LED indicator will remain solid.

Cellular Signal Indicator:

• The SOS button is used for searching and connecting to a cellular signal.
• The cellular signal LED indicator will flash 3 times per second when searching for a cellphone signal.
• Once connected to a cellphone signal, the cellular signal LED indicator will flash 1 time per second.

Product Usage Instructions:

Activation:

1. Go to our website www.OptimusTracker.com.
2. Click on the “Activate Tracker” link.
3. Fill out the form, providing the IMEI number (a 15-digit number printed on the tracker’s labels).
4. After subscribing, wait for a minute to receive the activation email. Check your spam/junk folder as well.

Powering On and Off:

• To turn on the tracker, press the power button.
• The tracker will also turn on automatically when you connect the battery charger.
• To turn off the tracker, press and hold the power button until the vibrator activates. Release the button and wait for up to 1 minute for the tracker to fully turn off.

Acquiring GPS Signal:

• Take the device outside to acquire a GPS signal.
• The GPS LED indicator will flash while searching for a GPS signal.
• Once a GPS fix is successful, the GPS LED indicator will remain solid for 5 seconds.

To activate your tracker, please follow these easy steps

About your Tracker

• ON : Use the top button, and press down hard for 3 seconds until the light starts to flash, the tracker will also turn on automatically when you connect the battery charger.
• OFF: Use the top button, press down hard for 3 seconds until you feel the vibrator and let go. The tracker may take up to 1 minute to fully turn off. Power Button

GPS: Flashing: Searching for GPS signal Solid for 5 seconds: GPS fix successful

BATTERY: Flashing : Battery is low, or Battery is charging. Solid: Charging is complete

CELLULAR : Flash 3 times/sec. Searching for cellphone signal Flash 1 times/sec. Connected to cellphone signal

• After activation, turn your tracker on and take it outside. Wait a few minutes.
• Your tracker should appear on the map soon after. If your tracker does not appear on the map, please contact us.
• The tracking unit receives a GPS signal from the sky, this signal can go through plastics, and fabrics, under a car seat, in the glove compartment, and even under a car. Testing your tracker is the best way to find out where it would work best for you.
• Sometimes you may get a drift in the map position if the Tracking Unit is placed in a much- concealed location. Please be aware that the signal will not work if the tracker is totally enclosed in metal or inside a building.
