There is one lithium polymer battery and it will last up to 1 month when report frequency is set to the defaulted every 60 seconds reporting.
Will this device alart me when my car moves?
Yes, almost all of the devices we offer have the ability to enable a movement alert, this will notify you if the device senses any movement, it is sensitive and may have a faulty movement alert from time to time, but is easy to determine when the device is moving compared to a faulty alert. Keep in mind this is something you will need to enable after activating the device.
If i want to use multiple trackers can i have it on one account one subscription or do i need a subscription for each tracker?
You can have all of your trackers on one account. Each tracker subscription has its own individual monthly subscription charge.
Will it work with a Verizon Galaxy S20 phone, and will it detect inside a building or airport?
You can access the information through the app, I do not know if your phone is compatible. It detected the entrance/exit to a parking garage. I did not encounter the airport. it works off a GPS just like maps on your phone.
How does it appear on the phone bill?
It doesn’t appear on your phone bill, you set up payment by a credit or debit card. Shows in the statement as Optimus.
Will the signal work if in a compartment under a seat inside the vehicle?
The trackers usually work well where you describe. As long as not too much metal gets in the way it should be fine.
How can I obtain the replacement cord to charge this?
You can use any usb type c charger.
Will the Bluetooth on somebody else’s phone pick up this tracker as a giveaway?
The device will not use any Bluetooth and will not be recognizable from anyone's phone. The device has a sim card already installed and uses the cellular network in the area.
Is it possible to set the geo fence and only get an alert if it goes outside that setting? I don’t need consistent updates.
Yes, you can set the system to alert you when your tracker enters and exits, only when it enters, or only when it exits. You have those 3 options in your account setting for the Geofence.
How do you delete previous tracks?
There isn't an option for this. If you don't want anyone to see what you're tracking don't set up text or email alerts and turn off any notifications in your phone settings for the app.
