Functional Description
Thanks to the temperature adjusting button on the handle of the Foam Cutter. Users can adjust the temperature according to their needs. A variety of accessories and desktop holders make precise and convenient cuts. It allows users to work more easily on advertising word making, art model making, and various foam cutting projects and engraving projects.

GENERAL USER INSTRUCTION
- Plug the AC adaptor into the power socket . Connect the DC plug of the adaptor to the DC port at the end of the product handle.
- Take the cutting tip, and assemble it into the head of the handle.
- Please push the switch on the handle to the mark “-“. The heating needle of the cutting pen starts up to heat up, and then it can be used.
- The cutting effect would be better if you use the marker pen to draw the shape before the cutting operation.
- You can slide the temperature button to choose the temperature that you need when you need to cut precisely and slowly.
- Warming up takes 5-45 seconds
- Please push the switch on the handle to the mark “o” first, after cooling, remove the cutting tip and change the others.
- Please do not remove the cutting tip while the switch is on the mark “-“.
Operations
- Replace the heating wire for the bow (Fig.1&- Fig.2&): Please wind the heating wire for 4-5 circles in the grooves at both ends of the bow, when winding, please slightly tighten the hot wire tip. After winding, the bow is about 170mm.
- Install desktop holder (Fig.3): Fix the desk-top holder on the edge of the desk. Tighten the triangular handle. Please don’t over-tighten to avoid damaging the desktop holder. In Fig.3, insert the cutting handle and cutting bow and adjust the direction of the bow.

- Hot Wire Tip- Heats up to 380°C 15s..The tip Is designed to cut straight lines and curves and to sculpt the edges of large pieces. You can reach perfectly smooth and even cut with hot wire.
- Long Cutting Tip- heated up to 380°C in 15s, This tip is perfect for creating more detailed design cutting.
- U-shaped Cutting Tip- heated up to 380°C in 15s.The U-shaped cutting tip can be used to create patterns and design the foam surface.
HOW TO CARE AND CLEAN TIP
- Keeping your foam-cutting tool clean is mandatory
- If you want to reach a good result and make the process of cutting easier. Here are the most effective ways to clean the tip:
- You can clean the tip with acetone, but do it when the tip is cold.
- Sandpaper- It can be used to remove the remains of melted foam from the hot knife. This method is pretty easy and can be done frequent- ly. We recommend using 320-grit paper to avoid damaging the tip.
- Steel Wool- an easy way to clean the tip of your kit without any difficulties.
- Knife Method – another simple method to clean the tip and remove the remains of the foam buildup is using a knife.
- Jeweler’s Rouge- this is not as quick and easy as the other methods, but it’s safer and more effective for the tip.
- Polishing Burr – It Is one of the best ways to reach a deep clean result. But in This case, you need to be extremely careful in order not to over-polish the tip as this may cause thinning over time.
