Product Usage Instructions

  1. Plug the AC adaptor into the power socket.
  2. Connect the DC plug of the adaptor into the DC port at the end of the product handle.
  3. Take the cutting tip and assemble it into the head of the handle.
  4. Push the switch on the handle to the mark “-“. The heating needle of the cutting pen will start to heat up.
  5. Use the marker pen to draw the desired shape before starting the cutting operation for better results.
  6. Slide the temperature button to choose the desired temperature for precise and slow cutting.
  7. Wait for the tool to warm up, which takes approximately 5-45 seconds.
  8. After cooling down, push the switch on the handle to the mark “o” to turn off the tool.
  9. Remove the cutting tip and replace it with another one.
  10. Do not remove the cutting tip while the switch is in the mark “-” position.

Tip Care and Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance and make cutting easier, it is important to keep the tip clean. Here are some effective ways to clean the tip:

  • Clean the tip with acetone when it is cold.
  • Use sandpaper (320 grit) to remove remains of melted foam from the hot-knife. Be careful not to damage the tip.
  • Alternatively, you can use steel wool to clean the tip without difficulties.

GENERAL USER INSTRUCTION

  • Take the cutting tip, and assemble it into the head of the handle.
  • Please push the switch on the handle to the mark “-”. The heating needle of the cutting pen starts up to heat up, and then it can be used.
  • The cutting effect would be better if you use the marker pen to draw the shape before cutting operation.
  • You can slide the temperature button to choose the temperature that you need when you need cutting precisely and slowly .
  • Warming up takes 5-45 seconds
  • Please push the switch on the handle to the mark “o” first, after cooling, remove the cutting tip and change others.
  • Please do not remove the cutting tip while the switch on the mark “-”.

HOW TO CARE AND CLEAN TIP

  • You can clean the tip with acetone but do it when the tip is cold.

  • Jeweler’s Rouge- this is not as quick and easy as the other methods,but it’s safer and really effective for tip.
  • Polishing Burr – It Is one of the best ways to reach a deep clean result. But This case,you need to be extremely careful in order not to over polish the tip as this may cause thinning overtime.
