Description
The SL Triple Light Source Rechargeable Powered Headlamp is a a high- performance headlamp that provides both spotlights and floodlight illumination. It features Cree white light beads and neutral white light beads for a longer lifespan. The headlamp can be powered by one SZFEIC ARB-D rechargeable li-ion battery or two Vcold resistant CRA batteries. It has a long battery life and a maximum runtime of up to 37 hours. The headlamp is made of aluminum alloy for the main body and PC material for the bracket. It also has a hidden USB type-C charging port for fast charging.

Operating Instructions

1. Please take out the battery insulating sheet from the battery compartment for first-time use.
2. Spotlight Button: for on/off, mode switching on spotlight mode.
3. Floodlight Button: for on/off, mode switching on floodlight mode.
4. Turn On/Off: Press and hold either of the two buttons for 2 seconds to turn on/off the lamp.
5. Mode Switching:
   • Spotlight mode – Single-click the Spotlight switch to cycle through Low – Med – High – Turbo – Low.
   • Floodlight mode – single click the Floodlight switch to cycle through Low – Med – High – Low.
6. Mode Memory Function: The current mode is memorized when the machine is turned off. It will start to work in the current memorized mode the next time.
7. If the O-ring of the lamp is found to be worn after long-term use, please replace it to maintain the waterproof performance of the lamp.

Charging

1. Adjust the angle of the headlamp to reveal the charging port, uncover the dust cap, and plug the charging cable into the charging port of the headlamp.
2. SZFEIC ARB-D18-3400 rechargeable Li-ion battery, charging time is about 3H. Support the spotlight’s low bright mode and floodlight’s med bright mode when charging. After charging is completed, cover the dust cap tightly to avoid dust or debris entering to affect the protection performance.
3. In the charging process, 4 indicator light flash (power below 25%); 1 indicator light on and 3 flashes (power between 25%-50%); 2 indicator lights on and 2 flashes (power between 50%-75%); 3 indicator lights on and 1 flash (power between 75%-95%); 4 indicator light on (100% fully charged).

Battery Power Indicator

1. Power Inquiry: In the power off state, single click the switch button to observe the power indicator light (Power Indicator turns off automatically after 1 second):
   • One Indicator Light Flash: 0%-10%.
   • One Indicator Light On 10%-25%.
   • Two Indicator Light On:25%-50%.
   • Three Indicator Light On 50%-75%.
   • Four Indicator Light On:75%-100%.

Battery Replacement

1. Unscrew the battery cover anticlockwise to insert the battery with the anode side(+) towards the inner side, then screw the battery cover back on.

Low-voltage Warning

1. In the power-on state, when the battery is low, one power indicator light flashes, please replace the battery or charge it as soon as possible.

Battery Selection

• Note: 18650 lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery is an industrial battery, not a civil battery with a safety guarantee. When the battery is due to poor quality or improperly used (short circuit, high temperature, etc.), it may burn, explode and endanger personal and property safety. If using a “Caution*” battery type, you should understand the risks and voluntarily assume corresponding responsibilities. A high-quality Li-ion battery with a protective circuit will reduce risks. SZFEIC ARB-D18 series battery is recommended.

Usage and Maintenancet

1. The headlamp band and bracket are factory pre-assembled, users do not need to assemble it by themselves. Please adjust the light band to a comfortable wearing position before use.

2. Do not disassemble the sealing parts of the lamp, otherwise, the warranty will be invalidated and the lamp may be damaged.

3. High-power lamps require batteries with excellent high-current-discharge capacity. We strongly recommend using the SZFEIC ARB-D18 series battery with excellent performance as the lamp power supply.

4. Please use high-quality batteries, and take out the batteries from the lamp when the lamp is not used for a long time, otherwise, the lamp may be damaged due to battery leakage.

5. After long-term use, if the O-ring of the lamp is found to be worn. Please replace the O-ring in time to maintain the waterproof performance of the lamp.

6. Please clean the conductive surface of the lamp frequently to ensure the normal operation of the lamp, especially when the lamp flickers abnormally or cannot be turned on. The following are the main reasons why the lamps flicker abnormally or fail to light up:

7. Low battery power.
   Solution: Charge or replace the battery (please pay attention to the direction when inserting the new battery).

8. The thread is soiled, or the conductive contact surface/contact point of the PCB is soiled.
   Solution: Clean the thread or clean the conductive contact surface/ contact points of the PCB with an alcohol swab. If the above solutions do not work, please contact the dealer and follow the terms of after-sales service for warranty.
