SL37 Spot Cob Light Integrated Headlamp

SL37 Rechargeable Headlamp

1. Using CREE XML3 high brightness lamp beads and COB lamp beads for lighting.
   Powered by one ARB-D21-5000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery.

2. The circuit adopt long battery life constant current, super long runtime.

3. Hidden USB type-C charging port, with a high current of 1.5A for fast charging.

4. Anti-reverse connection design to prevent circuit damage caused by battery reverse installation.

5. Aluminium / Magnesium alloy is used for the main body and PC material for the bracket.

Operating Instructions

1. Please take out the battery insulating sheet from the battery compartment for first time use.
2. Power On/Off: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to switch on and off.
3. Gear Switching: In the power-on state, single click the button to switch gears, the brightness modes will cycle through COB, Moon, Med, High, Turbo successively. The first power-on gear is the COB gear.
4. Gear Memory Function: The current gear is memorized when the machine is turned off. It will start to work in the current memorized mode the next time.

Battery Power Indicator

1. Button indication light: When the battery is installed, ifthe button indicator light is green light on, indicating that the battery is fully charged and can be used normally. If the button indicator light is red light on, indicating that the battery is low power, please charge it in time.
2. Power Inquiry : In the off state, single click the switch button to observe the button indicator light:
   Indicator Light Green light on(50% -100%Power)
   Indicator Light Green light flash (10%-50% Power)
   Indicator Light Red light flash(0% -10%Power)

Charging Instructions

1. Adjust the angle of the headlamp to reveal the charging port, uncover the dust cap and plug the charging cable into the charging port of the headlamp.
2. The indicator green light of the button position flashes to indicate normal charging; the indicator green light of the button position is always on to indicate the charging is completed.
3. One ARB -D21-5000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery, charging time is about 4H. Support the spotlight’s medium bright gear when charging. After charging is completed, cover the dust cap tightly to avoid dust or debris entering to affect the protection performance.
4. The original battery comes with a charging port, which can be charged separately. Insert the charging cable into the battery positive charging port, the green light flashes, in normal charging process; the green light is always on, the battery is fully charged.

• SL37 headlamp has a temperature control protection function, the runtime of turbo mode marked in the table is the cumulative time.

Note: 21700 lithium ion (Li-ion) battery is an industrial battery, not a civil battery with safety guarantee. When the battery due to poor quality or improperly used (short circuit, high temp- erature, etc.), it may burn, explode and endanger personal and property safety. If using “Caution” battery types, you should understand the risks and voluntarily assume corresponding responsibilities. High-quality Li-ion battery with protective circuit will reduce risks.

Use and Maintenance

1. The headlamp band and bracket are factory pre-assembled, users do not need to assemble it by themselves. Please adjust the light band to a comf- ortable wearing position before use.

2. Do not disassemble the sealing parts of the lamp, otherwise the warranty will be invalidated and the lamp may be damaged.

3. Please use high-quality batteries, and take out the batteries from the lamp when the lamp is not used for a long time, otherwise the lamp may be damaged due to battery leakage.

4. After long term use, if the O-ring of the lamp is found to be worn. Please replace the O-ring in time to maintain the waterproof performance of the lamp.

5. Please clean the conductive surface of the lamp frequently to ensure the normal operation of the lamp, especially when the lamp flickers abnormally or cannot be turned on. The following are the main reasons why the lamps flicker abnormally or fail to light up:

6. Low battery power.
   ● Solution: Charge or replace the battery (please pay attention to the direction when inserting the new battery).

7. The thread is soiled, or the conductive contact surface/contact point of the PCB is soiled.
   ● Solution: Clean the thread or clean the conductive contact surface/contact points of the PCB with an alcohol swab.If the above methods do not work, please contact the dealer and follow the terms of after-sales service for warranty.

Warning

1. To avoid eye damage caused by high-brightness headlamp, please do not look directly at the LED light source of the headlamp.
