  • Your host computer must have a USB Type C™ interface.
  • The IB-HUB1413-CR also works with computers and notebooks with USB 3.0/2.0/1.1 Type-A interfaces if the appropriate adapter is available.
  • The hub also works on devices with the USB 3.1 (Gen2) and Thunderbolt™ 3 interface with the transfer rate of 5 Gbit/s specified by USB 3.0
  • The Type-C™ interface can be connected with USB 2.0 standard in some notebooks and computers. The hub only supplies the full speed of 5 Gbit/s to USB 3.0 Type-C™ interfaces.
  • The following operating systems are supported: Windows®, macOS®

Description

Modern notebooks usually have several USB Type-C™ ports, but no card readers and USB Type-A ports. The IB-HUB1413-CR has the most important of them on board, so that the familiar use of notebooks and computer continues to be so easy.

Usage

  1. Plug the IB-HUB1413-CR into the Type-C™ port of your host computer.
  2. After the IB-HUB1413-CR has been plugged in correctly the LED will turn on green!
  3. Connect your USB Type-C™, Type-A devices and supported memory cards* to the appropriate ports.

SD card

  • Insert the SD card into the SD card slot with the bevelled corner in front of it.
  • The golden pins of the card must be pointed upwards (if the ICY BOX logo is visible).

microSD card

  • Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot with the bevelled corner in front of it.
  • The golden pins of the card must be pointed downwards (if the ICY BOX logo is visible).
