Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Setup and Installation

1. Unbox the barcode printer and remove all packaging materials.
2. Connect the AC adapter to the power source and plug it into the barcode printer.
3. Connect the barcode printer to your computer using a USB cable or any other compatible interface.
4. Install the necessary printer drivers and software on your computer.

Step 2: Loading Labels/Ribbons

To load labels:

1. Open the label holder by pulling the release lever.
2. Place the roll of labels onto the label holder, ensuring it is aligned properly.
3. Thread the labels through the print head and sensor.
4. Close the label holder, making sure it locks securely.

To load ribbons (for thermal transfer printing):

1. Open the ribbon holder by pulling the release lever.
2. Place the ribbon roll onto the ribbon holder, ensuring it is aligned properly.
3. Thread the ribbon through the print head and sensor.
4. Close the ribbon holder, making sure it locks securely.

Step 3: Printing

1. Open the software or application you will be using to print barcodes.
2. Select the appropriate printer settings, such as label size, print density, and orientation.
3. Design your barcode or import a pre-designed barcode file.
4. Send the print job to the barcode printer and wait for it to complete.
