Product Usage Instructions
1. Safety
WARNING! Ensure health & safety, local authority and general workshop practice regulations are strictly adhered to when using this product.
2. Introduction
This product can discharge approximately 500ml per stroke. It can be used with water, antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, or mild detergents.
3. Assembly
To assemble the product, follow these steps:
- Unpack the product and check contents. If there are any damaged or missing parts, contact your local supplier immediately.
- Thread dip tube (fig 2-B) into dip tube (fig 2-A).
- Thread dip tubes (A + B) (fig 2) into pump (fig 1-1).
- Loosen joint nut (fig 1-6) and adjust the length of dip tube (fig 1-C) to fit the height of the drum. Fix by re-tightening the joint nut.
- The length of assembled dip tubes should be:
- Dip tube (A + B + C) = 690mm – 980mm
- Dip tubes (B + C) = 350mm – 640mm
Note: Dip tube (C) is located within dip tube (B) and can be extended by loosening joint nut (fig 1-6) and pulling it out to the required length. Re- tighten the joint nut.
- To attach dip tube assembly (B + C):
- Unscrew dip tube (B) from dip tube (A), and unscrew dip tube (A) from the pump (fig 1-1) and retain.
- Thread dip tube assembly (B + C) into pump (fig 1-1).
- Attach delivery hose (fig 1-4) to pump outlet and secure with spring hose clamp (fig 1-5).
4. Operation
To operate the product, follow these steps:

1. Determine the length of dip tube assembly required and insert the pump assembly (fig 1) into the 2 BSP drum opening. Hand tighten.
- Locate the pump in the desired position and fix it with the lock nut (fig 1-3).
- Place the delivery hose (fig 1-4) into the receiving tank.
- Stroke the handle (fig 1-2) up and down rapidly until liquid starts pouring.
WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of fluids, thus polluting the environment.

1. Turn the air vent cap (fig 1-7) counterclockwise to prevent siphoning.
Note: Operate the handle smoothly to help prevent damage to the pump.
- WARNING! DO NOT use the pump for more than one type of liquid.
- WARNING! DO NOT place the pump head upside down, which may cause the liquid to leak out of the delivery hose.
5. Maintenance
Before each use, inspect the overall condition of the pump for broken, cracked, or bent parts that may affect proper operation.
Environment Protection
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories, and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling center, and disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids according to local regulations.

- Maintain pump in good condition. Use an authorised service agent.
- Replace or repair damaged parts. Use only genuine parts only. Non-authorised parts will invalidate the warranty.
- Pump is specifically constructed with Viton seals for transferring AdBlue (diesel engine fuel additive).
- Can also be used with water, antifreeze, windshield washer fluid or mild detergents.
- Ensure safety eye protection, protective clothing and gloves are worn when using this product.
- Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
- Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip footwear.
- Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
- Dispose of waste liquids in accordance with local authority regulations.
- DO NOT use to extract corrosive fluids.
- DO NOT dismantle, tamper with or adapt the pump for any other purpose other than for which it is designed.
- DO NOT use the pump if it had been dropped or mishandled. Check the pump to ensure there is no damage.
- DO NOT use the pump as a handle to move the fluid drum.
- Keep the pump clean and store in a safe dry, childproof location.

INTRODUCTION
Lever action pump specifically for use with AdBlue®. The dip tube extends from 350mm to 980mm to fit 100L, 205L drums or barrels, or 1000L IBC tank. Specially constructed with Viton® seals for transferring AdBlue®. 1.6m Delivery hose for hands-free applications. Approximately 500ml per stroke discharge. Can also be used with water, antifreeze, windshield washer fluid or mild detergents.

ASSEMBLY

- Thread dip tubes (A + B) (fig 2) into the pump (fig 1-1).
