Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Main Pole Installation

Place the main pole correctly by using the compass to align it with the directions indicated on the main pole (South, North, West, East).

The main pole must be installed on solid concrete ground or a pier using the provided expansion bolts. The solid ground base must be at least a 600600700mm cube.

Step 2: B-Rod Installation
Attach the B-Rod to the main pole using the provided M14*110 Hex Socket Cap Bolt, M14 Hex Nut, M14 Flat Washer, and M14 Elastic Washer. -
Step 3: C-Rod Installation
Attach the C-Rod to the main pole using the provided M10*50 Latch. -
Step 4: D-Rod Installation
Attach the D-Rod to the main pole using the provided M10*100 Hex Socket Cap Bolt, M10 Nut, M10 Flat Washer, and Elastic Washer. Align the D-Rod with the East and West directions. -
Step 5: E-Rod Installation
Attach the E-Rods to the main pole using the provided 1500mm Channel Steel, M10100 Hex Socket Cap Bolt, M1060 Hex Socket Cap Bolt, M10 Hex Nut, M10 Flat Washer, and Elastic Washer. Align the E-Rods with the East and West directions. -
Step 6: Linear Actuator Installation
Attach the 150mm Linear Actuator to the Linear Actuator Stand using the provided M820 Hex Socket Cap Bolt. Secure the stand to the main pole using the M630 Latch. -
Step 7: Linear Actuator Installation
Attach the 300mm Linear Actuator to the Linear Actuator Stand using the provided M820 Hex Socket Cap Bolt. Secure the stand to the main pole using the M630 Latch. -
Step 8: Solar Panel Installation
Attach the Solar Panels to the E-Rods using the provided Solar Panel Side Clamps, Solar Panel Middle Clamps, M1070 Hex Socket Cap Bolt, M1020 Hex Socket Cap Bolt, M10 Hex Nut, M10 Flat Washer, and Elastic Washer. -
Step 9: Sunlight Sensor Installation
Attach the Sunlight Sensor to the Sunlight Sensor Stand using the provided M612 Hex Socket Cap Bolt. Secure the stand to the main pole using the M1040 Hex Socket Cap Bolt. Use the Flange Nut, M10 Hex Nut, M10 Flat Washer, and Elastic Washer to secure the Sunlight Sensor. -
Step 10: Solar Tracker Controller Installation
Install the Solar Tracker Controller according to the provided instructions. -
Step 11: Solar Panel Sizing
Use the Solar Panel Sizing Formula: L + 2W ≤ 2800mm to determine the appropriate size of the solar panels.

DUAL-AXIS SOLAR TRACKER
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- For the proper use and maintenance of this product, please read carefully and understand this instruction before installation.
- Make sure that the tracker system is installed on a solid concrete ground which is strong enough to hold the weight of all the tracker and solar panels.
- Make sure all the bolts and nuts are firmly tightened during the installation.
- To adjust the angle of the solar panels, loosen the side clamps and middle clamps first and then move the panels carefully. DO NOT adjust the solar panels by force.
- During long-time usage, some components might be loosened or corroded. For safety, please check the tracker regularly.
- In stormy weather with a wind speed greater than 17.2m/s, it is best to remove the solar panels to prevent damage to the bracket.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX
Installation
- There are 4 signs on the main pole that indicate directions (South, North, West, East). Use the compass to place the main pole correctly so that the tracker can track the sun properly.
- The main pole must be installed on solid concrete ground or pier with the expansion bolts.
- The solid ground base must be larger or equal to a 600600700mm cube.
- Recommend concrete material (kg/m³): Cement(450kg)+Water(183kg)+Sand(600kg)+ Gravel (1,192kg)
