PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
EchoCheck™ is designed for measuring propane gas in 20lb, 30lb, 40lb and 100lb steel tanks but can be customizable to other tank sizes, nd for transmitting information to a mobile device via the Tank Sensor by EchoCheck app. Any use other than that described may cause damage. The manufacturer or retailer are not liable for damages arising from improper use.

NOTE:
- EchoCheck™ will not work on aluminum or plastic tanks. Please confirm tank material before purchase.
- EchoCheck™ may not be compatible with some products due to specific tank location. Please check compatibility and space before purchase.

Follow steps in Tank Sensor by EchoCheck™ app
NOTE:
- If no sensor appears on app, Press and Hold SYNC for 5 seconds again.
- Due to tank movements and liquid gas swirling inside, initial gas level reading may take from 30 seconds up to 2 minutes.
- Due to tank’s dedicated location, Bluetooth signal range might impact sensor response time.
PRODUCT CLEANING:
- Use soft cloth to wipe down the stains on the sensing probe of the sensor.
- Do not use organic solvents (thinners, alcohol, ether, etc.). Doing so could result in discoloration of the product.

WARRANTY
This unit is warranted against broken or damaged parts at the time of
purchase. All parts carry a one (1) year limited warranty. This warranty does
not cover damage or issues related to neglect, abuse or modifications to the
appliance. Repair labor is not covered.
All parts that meet the warranty requirements will be shipped at no charge via
the discretion of GHP Group Inc. (ground shipments, US Mail or Parcel Post
ONLY). Any special handling charges (i.e. Second Day, Overnight, etc.) will be
the responsibility of the consumer.
All warranty claims apply only to the original purchaser and require a proof
of purchase verifying the purchase date. Do not return parts to GHP address
without first obtaining a return authorization number from our customer
service department. This service is available by calling toll free
1-877-447-4768, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
CST, Monday – Friday.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so
the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state
to state.
FCC AND IC REQUIREMENTS
Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the
equipment.
NOTE:
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy, and if
not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the
equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.
- Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

NOTE:
For Connectivity and Setup, please refer to appropriate sections of Tank
Sensor by EchoCheck™ mobile app.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Connection Issues:
- Phone must have Bluetooth turned ON (please refer to your mobile device on how to turn Bluetooth ON).
- Phone and sensor are within 30 feet.
- SYNC button could be pressed for 5 seconds a few times for sensor to appear on app screen.
- Please make sure the sensor surface is clean – use soft cloth to wipe down stains on sensor surface if necessary.
- Replace the battery if necessary.
Propane Level Reading Issues:
- Tank must be filled with at least 5% propane for proper reading.
- Sensor is mounted as close to the center under the tank as possible.
- Every time the sensor is placed onto the tank, conductive gel must be reapplied.
- Sensor is rated for 20lb, 30lb, 40lb and 100lb steel tanks, but can be customizable to other tank sizes.
- If wrong tank size is selected, incorrect percentage level will be displayed in the app.
- If tank is mounted on the ground, assure proper clearance between sensor and ground, otherwise the sensor could be damaged.
- Due to propane tank movements and liquid gas swirling inside, the initial gas level reading may take from 30 seconds up to 2 minutes.
- Lack of conductive gel may impact the propane level reading and accuracy – apply ample amount of gel for best performance.
App Issues:
- Update the app regularly for best performance.
- If app is unresponsive, please close it and remove from running in the background. On rare occasions, uninstalling and reinstalling the app might resolve the issue.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
NOTE:
- Every time a user replaces the battery, SYNC button must be pushed for 5 seconds for Tank Sensor by EchoCheck™ app to connect with the sensor
- Lid must be fully reattached to housing – press down on each corner to hear it snap to position to assure proper performance
