Assembly Instruction
Ceiling opening preparation : Ceiling opening size should be 12.5 x 11 .5 inch. The 11 .5 inch opening should be parallel to the joist
Step 1 : Take out the easy mounting frame from package. Remove Duct Assembly and Blower Assembly from Housing.
Step 2 : Note the orientation of the Easy Install Frame, the arrow on the
side should be pointing up. Insert Easy Install Frame into ceiling opening and
extend both sides of the Easy Install Frame to the joists and secure with
provided screws. Adjust the center square mount of the Easy Install Frame to
line up with the ceiling opening.
Step 3 : Connect the duct work and wiring to Duct Assembly. Secure the
Duct Assembly to the Easy Install Frame using the provided screws.
Step 4 : Line up the side of Housing with duct opening
to the Duct Assembly. Push the Housing up and slide across the slot of Duct
Assembly. Secure Housing and Duct Assembly to the Easy Install Frame using the
screws provided . Pull the tab out of the housing to lock.
Step 5 : Install Fan Blower into Housing and secure with screws. Connect
the power of Fan Blower to the receptacle in the Duct Assembly.
Step 6 : Connect the power of the LED grille to the receptacle in the
Duct Assembly. Squeeze the springs on both sides of grille and insert to the
housing.
