Product Usage Instructions
Before Installation
- Remove contents from the box and verify that all parts are present according to the parts list.
- Read the instructions carefully.
- Note that the bumper is heavy, so assistance is highly recommended to avoid possible injury or damage to the vehicle.

- 27-R for Passenger/Right Side
- Driver/Left Side Front Bracket
- Passenger/Right Side Front Bracket
- Driver/Left Side Center/Rear Bracket x2
- Passenger/Right Side Center/Rear Bracket x2
- Rocker Step x12
- 8mm x 30mm Hex Bolt x12
- 8mm Flat Washer x12
- 8mm Lock Washer x12
- 8mm x 25mm Combo Bolt x12
Step 1
Starting on the Driver/Left front of the vehicle, remove the plastic plugs
(or hex bolts) covering the threaded holes in the body panel.
Step 2
Select the Driver/Left Front Mounting Bracket. Attach the Bracket to the
vehicle using (2) 8mm Hex Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat
Washers. Do not tighten the hardware at this time.
Step 3
Move along the body panel to the center and rear mounting locations. Select
the remaining (2) Driver/Left Center/Rear Mounting Brackets. Repeat Step 2 to
install the Mounting Brackets on the center and rear mounting locations. Do
not tighten the hardware.
Step 4
Select the Driver/Left Rocker Step. Carefully place the Rocker Step on the
brackets. Attach the Rocker Step to the Mounting Brackets using (6) 8mm Combo
Bolts. Do not tighten the hardware.
Step 5
Level and adjust the Rocker Step, then fully tighten all hardware.
Step 6
Repeat Steps 1-5 to attach the Passenger/Right Rocker Step.
Step 7
Do periodic inspections to ensure that all hardware is secure and tight.
Attention
To protect your investment, do not use any type of polish or wax that may
contain abrasives that could damage the finish. Mild soap may be used to clean
the Rocker Step.

REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT DEPEND ON THE PARTS
LIST. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. BUMPER IS HEAVY, ASSISTANCE IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED TO AVOID POSSIBLE INJURY OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE.

Tools For Use
P LEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING P ICTURES ARE BASED ON THE DRIVER S IDE INSTALLATION

STEP 1
Starting on the Driver/Left front of the vehicle, remove the plastic plugs, (or hex bolts), covering the threaded holes in the body panel, (Fig 1). -
STEP 2
Select the Driver/Left Front Mounting Bracket. Attach the Bracket to the vehicle with (2) 8mm Hex Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers and (2) 8mm Flat Washers, (Fig 2). Do not tighten hardware at t his time. -
STEP 3
Move along the body panel to the center and rear mounting location, (Figs 3 & 4). Select remaining (2) Driver/Left Center/Rear Mounting Brackets. Repeat Step 2 to install the Mounting Bracket on center and rear mounting locations, (Fig 5). Do not tighten hardware. -
STEP 4
Select the Driver/Left Rocker Step. NOTE: The D river/Left Rocker Step will have a “27-L” on the fr ont. Carefully place Rocker Step on the brackets. IMPORTANT : Do not slide the Rocker Step front to back or damage to the finish may result. Attach Rocker Step to the Mounting B rackets with (6) 8mm Combo Bolts, (Fig 6). Do not tighten hardware. -
STEP 5
Level and adjust the Rocker Step and fully tighten all hardware. -
STEP 6
Repeat Steps 1—5 to attach the Passenger/Right Rocker Step. -
STEP 7
Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
