Operation Method of the Switch
Pummping Mode
After the initial installation of the split heater, please fill fuel to the
oil circuit first. The heater could be ignited normally only when the diesel
flows into the burner from the tank.
Operation Method
Press Time button and power button at the same time when the heater is in off
status, the screen lights up and shows “Polr”. Release the button, pumping
mode will be turned on after the buzzer sound once. After 80 seconds, the oil
pump goes into fasting pumping status (pumping 500 times). The heater will
ignite and start to operate automatically after pumping the diesel into the
burner. If the diesel wasn’t pumped into the burner, restart the pumping
procedure again. the the oil pipe. You will figure out if it works properly ey
observing eneth or filling processing of the oil tube.
Note
Please note this process applies to the initial installtion and when there is
no fuel in the oil pipe only. Do not use it normally in case the combustor
chamber been flooded.
Turn on/off the heater
- Press the power button in off status, when the screen lights up and the buzzer sounds once only, release the button and the heater is turned on. Then the screen will displays the operating status of the main parts one by one, motor activated, ignition pin activated. The pump will be activated after 80 seconds. Ignigition succeedd when the screen show the flame icon, and then goes into preheat and self -test process
- Long press the power button for more than 3 seconds in standby status, and the screen will display “off”. The heater goes into shutting down and heat dissipation procedure. After the heat dissipation complete, the screen will turn off and the heater stop operating
Note: It is forbidden to cut off the power during the shutting down process.
Mode Setting
Short press the setting button/power button when the heater is at standby status to swtich the mode. Clockwise rotate the power knob to turn up and anticlockwise rotate the power knob to turn down.
- It is Power mode when the screen displays P1.4-5. The heater will work at the set power value to heating continuously.
- It is Temperature mode when the screen displays t10°C ~ 30°C. The heater will operate to set temperature and stop working gradually. When the temperature is 2°C (3.6F)lower than set temperature, the heater will restart to operate
Note: The 2 mode types can only be switched, but not been used at the same time. The heater will operate as the mode you set last time.
Remote Controller Pairing
Please press the “Time” button of the switch and the “Off” button of the
controller at the same time when the heater is in off status. The controller
and the switch pairs successfully after the screen displays 433 ass figure 9
and the buzzer sound once.
Note: The heater has been paired with the controller before delivery, no
operation needed.
Clock Setting
Long press the Time rotary swtich when in off status, then the clock icon on the screens shows up. Press the time rotary button 3 times in a row in quick sucession, then figures 1-24 starts blink (operate this step in 3 seconds). At this time, rotate the time button once to the left, and the clock icon starts blink. Long press the time rotary button, rotate and adjust the button to the number you want when the hour positin starts blink. After hour has been set, long press the rotary button, the minute position starts blink and rotate to set minute. Set the time same as local time and wait for 5 seconds, setting complete.
Timer Setting-Single time period
Long press the time rotary swtich when in off status, then the clock icon on the screens shows up. Press the rotary button 3 times in a row in quick sucession, then figures 1-24 starts blink (operate this step in 3 seconds). Rotate the button to the right, the 24 figures appear in sequence. The 24 figures indicates 24 hours, set the time you want the heater to operate. For example: We need to have the heater starts woring at 7am, rotate the button to the right to figure “7”. Short press the rotary button, there will be a yellow line under figure “7”, wait for 5 seconds to let the setting complete.
Long press Rotate -Timer Setting-Multiple time periods
Long press the Time rotary swtich when in off status, then the clock icon on the screens shows up. Press the rotary button 3 times in a row in quick sucession, then figures 1-24 starts blink (operate this_Lor step in 3 seconds). The 24 figures indicates 24 hours. Rotate the button to the right to the figure you want. Short press the rotary.
Trip

complete setting. Set the time period you want the heater to operate.
Operating continuously
For example: We need to have the heater starts woring from 7 to 9
continuously, rotate the button to the right to figure ”””’. Short press the
rotary button, there will be a yellow line under figure ”””, and then to
figure 8 and 9 respectively, wait for 5 seconds to let the setting complete.
Operating discontinuously
For example, we don’t neet the heater work at 8 am, find figure ‘i”*, short
press the rotary button, the yellow line disappears. Wait for 5 seconds, when
the figure disappears, setting complete. The heater will start to work at 7am,
shut down at 8am and restart at 9am
Cancel the appointment
Moving the figure to the yellow line, short press rotary button, the yellow
line disappear, appointment cancelled.
Turn off the Timer
Long press the rotary button when “Clock”is in off condition. Buzze sound once
and the screen lights out.
Error and Fault
When the buzzer sounds at high frequency and error code E0-E15 shows on the
screen, please refer to the Fault Table for assistance.
