Product Usage Instructions

• 1-A Base Installation – Clamp Installation

  • To install the base using the clamp installation method, follow these steps:
  • Assemble the upper pole and the lower pole.
  • Secure the L plate (5) to the lower pole with the bolts (f).

• 1-B Base Installation – Grommet Base Installation

  • To install the base using the grommet base installation method, follow these steps:
  • Assemble the upper pole and the lower pole.
  • Secure the grommet base (m) to the lower pole with the bolts (f).

• Safety Caution

  •   * Before assembly, please check and make sure all necessary accessories are included and undamaged.  

    If any parts are missing or damaged, do not return the damaged item to your dealer; contact Customer Service.

  • Never use damaged parts. Please read and understand this manual carefully before installation.

  • This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. Keep away from children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is required.

  • Improper installation, such as using the product for a monitor over its load capacity or any purpose not explicitly specified, may cause damage or serious injury.

• Option A: Clamp Installation

  • According to the thickness of the desktop, select the hole position. Secure the clamp (6) to the L plate with the bolts (g). Secure the stand to the desktop by tightening the clamp.

• 1B Base Installation

  • Option B: Grommet Base Installation
  • Remove the plastic protector from the hole (if any). Position the pole on the mounting surface and secure it using the long bolt (i), support plate (j), plain washer (k), and spring washer (l). Fasten the bolt using the wrench (p).

1. Verify Your Monitor Specifications:
   • VESA Pattern (W × H):
   • 75mm × 75mm / 3″ × 3″
   • 100mm × 100mm / 4″ × 4″
   • WARNING
   • DO NOT exceed the maximum weight indicated.
   • This mounting system is intended for use only within the maximum weights indicated.
   • Use with products heavier than the maximum weights indicated may fail the mount and its accessories, causing possible damage or injury.

Installation

1-A Base Installation

OPTION A: Clamp Installation

• A-1 Assemble the upper pole and the lower pole. Secure the L plate (5) to the lower pole with the bolts (f).
• A-2 According to the thickness of the desktop, select the hole position. Secure the clamp (6) to the L plate with the bolts (g). Secure the stand to the desktop by tightening the clamp.

OPTION B: Grommet Base Installation

• B-1 Assemble the upper pole and the lower pole. Secure the grommet base (m) to the lower pole with the bolts (f).
• B-2 Remove the plastic protector from the hole (if any). Position the pole on the mounting surface and secure it by using the long bolt (i), support plate (j), plain washer (k), and spring washer (l). Fasten the bolt by using a wrench (p).

2 Attach VESA Plate to Monitor

1. Select Correct Monitor Screw Length
2. Attach a VESA Plate to Monitor
   • Do not tighten the screws excessively or tighten them by using the Electrodrill, or your monitor might be damaged.

Hang Monitor

Adjustments (If necessary)

• Leveling Adjustment
  • For monitor height adjustment to keep 2 monitors level, turn the screw with the 3mm Allen key (o) to raise or lower the monitor. Attach the cap nuts (h) to the screws.

Tilt Adjustment

1. Loosen the tilting bolt.
2. Adjust the monitor to your desired tilt angle.
3. Retighten the tilting bolt to fix the intended angle.

Switch Screen Horizontally and Vertically

• 360° Rotation: This function works better for monitors with the center of gravity.
• Note: To ensure stability, the tightness of the rotating axis has been preset, so it would be kind of difficult to rotate the VESA plate.
• Suggestion: Please attach the monitor first, then hold the two sides of it with both hands and rotate vigorously. If that doesn’t work out, please do

Cable Management

Run cables through the bottom of the arm. Store Allen keys in a wire clip for future use.
