- Select the vehicle you want to feedback. Select FORD, for example.
- Tap “Choose file”
- Select the file you want to feedback, and tap OK.
- Choose feedback problem type.
- For example, select “System or function access failed”, and tap “All checked”.
- Input system and function that access failed. And input your phone number or email address.
- You can add image and data stream files.
- Tap “SUBMIT RESULT”.
