In order to prevent accidents that may threaten personal safety, such as the ceiling light’s breakage, falling, electric shock, and firing, please install and use the device in strict accordance with the User Manual. Please do not modify the light or replace its components or accessories by yourself.

Installation:

Ensure the installation location is not wet, flammable, explosive, or exposed to high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight.

Replacement of Light Source:

Device Binding & Initialization

Before activating the accessory, please make sure you have the Aqara Home downloaded and Aqara hub installed. Please open the app,”tap Home”and then tap”+”in the top right corner to enter”Add Device (Accessory)”page.
Select”Ceiling Light T1M”, and add it according to instructions.
Please visit www.aqara.com/support for more details.

If the connection fails, please move the accessory closer to the Hub and try again.

Effective Distance Verification after Device Binding: Locate the power switch, and toggle the switch on and off for 3 consecutive times. When the hub gives the sound prompt, the effective communication has been established between the device and the hub.

The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similarly qualified person;
Do not install the device in environments that are wet, flammable, explosive, or exposed to high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight. Ensure proper ventilation in the installation area.The device shall not be installed in a water or inflammable, explosive, high-temperature or high-humidity environment or a location directly exposed to the sunlight. The installation environment must be ventilated properly;
During the installation and use, take care not to damage the structure of the product. Do not beat or strike it with a heavy object, nor bind the strip with metal wires tightly. Otherwise, the wires may be embedded in the Strip and cause a short-circuit fault, burning the Strip;
During the operation of the Strip, do not wrap or cover it with any object;
Do not install the light on thin, soft or other types of ceilings that cannot bear the load, such as plasterboards, plastic plates, and thin metal sheets.
The mounting point on the ceiling should support at least 4 times the weight of the ceiling light.
Avoid contact with any acidic, alkaline, or other chemicals;
During normal use, maintain a separation distance of at least 20 cm between the antenna and the body of the user.
Please consult electrical professionals to install, check and repair the ceiling light.

If the light does not work after powering on, check the installation and wiring.
