TROUBLESHOTTING GUIDE
WARNING: To reduce the risk of shock and unintended operation, turn off power and remove power pack before servicing.
Problem | Possible cause | Remedies |

The appliance doesn’t work | No power |
AUTO protection for overheated
The suction mouth is blocked| Charge the battery according to instructions
Turn off appliance, Restart after cooling Check and remove blockages

Brush Roller/Soft Roller does not spin
| Brush roll light flash’s, indicate floor head blockage
Roller auto protection for overheated Connection issue between the
handheldvacuum, wand, and nozzle| Turn off appliance and remove blockage of
floor head
Turn off appliance ,Restart after cooling
Disconnecting and rub the junction point with a soft cloth, reattaching the
pieces
Weak suction power| The pre-filter is not installed
The appliance is blocked(such as tube, suction mouth or some other parts)
The brush roller is wrapped by hairs or fibers| Install the pre-filter
Clear blockages
Clean the brush roller
Abnormal motor sounds| The appliance is blocked(such as tube, suction mouth or
some other parts)| Clear blockages
Battery won’t charge| The adaptor is not correctly inserted Poor contact of
the main body or battery Wrong charger being used| Reinsert the adaptor
correctly Check if the main body and battery are correctly placed
Use the original Jashen I type adaptor
