Charging Tips
- GrandeLASH-LIFT comes fully charged for up to 2 hours of use.
- When the indicator light flashes for low battery power signal, please charge the product.
- The LED light remains red when charging. The light will turn green when 100% fully charged. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge via USB charging port.
- A fully charged GrandeLASH-LIFT will last approximately 2 hours of use before recharging is needed.
How to Use
- Press and hold the oval button on the front of the device for 2 seconds to power it on.
- Wait 30 seconds for the curler to heat up.
- The curler is ready to use when the red silicone sensor at the upper tip of the device changes from red to white.
- Place the heated lash curler close to the base of your lashes and gently press against them for a few seconds.
- Slowly move the curler upwards towards the tips of your lashes, applying gentle pressure as you go.
- Repeat this process on all your lashes until you achieve the desired curl.
- After use, press and hold the oval button for 2 seconds to power off the device.

Please follow these warnings to ensure safe usage of the product:
- The product is most effective when allowing the rubber temperature sensor at the top to change from red to white.
- To ensure no short-circuiting of the product, keep it away from contact with water.
- Do not continue using the product if the heating wire is damaged.

Quick Steps to Lifted Lashes
- Step 1: Press and hold the oval button on the front of the device for 2 seconds to power it on. Wait 30 seconds for the curler to heat up. The curler is ready to use when the red silicone sensor at the upper tip of the device changes from red to white.
- Step 2 : Choose either the low or high temperature setting. When the oval button on the front of the device is yellow, it indicates the low temperature setting. To switch to the high temperature setting, simply press the oval button one more time. The high temperature setting is indicated by a green light.
- Step 3 : Rest the curler near the lash base and slowly pull upward along the lashes for a beautiful upswept curl. Repeat as necessary. Best used with mascara.
- Step 4: That’s it! It’s that easy. To recharge, simply plug the included charging cable into the device and connect to any USB port. The device takes about 2 hours to fully charge and should last for 2 hours on a full charge as well.

Please check that it is fully charged. If it is still not working, please contact our customer service department.
I can't determine if my GrandeLASH-LIFT is ready to use?
The best indicator that GrandeLASH-LIFT is ready for use is the rubber temperature sensor located at the top of the product. It will turn from red to white. If you are still unsure, you can touch the head of the product with your hand and feel if it is warm. GrandeLASH-LIFT is designed with a heat insulation safety groove so the heating temperature is safe. It does not hurt the skin or eyelashes.
Can I use GrandeLASH-LIFT without mascara?
Yes, but study results show a more dramatic curl and hold when used with mascara.
What should I do if I do not see any effect from using GrandeLASH-LIFT?
Please apply mascara, then use GrandeLASH-LIFT. When using it, press lightly to your lashes and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this step a few times, and you will see a natural lash curl.
