Product Operation Instructions

For kitchen utensils, tableware, stoves, kitchen countertops, etc.

USING INSTRUCTION

Select the brush head what you need and attach the brush head to the machine.
Pre-treat the clean surfaces: Immerse the clean area in water and the corresponding cleaning agent to remove dirt, stains, grease, paint, old sealant, etc.
Place the brush head tip on the clean surface, switch on the machine by pressing the power button, then select the required speed to clean by pressing the spin speed button.
After cleaning, switch off the machine, rinse and dry the machine and brush the head before stowing them away.

Tips:

Please fully charge the machine before using it for the first time. (Only a type-C charging cable is provided for this product due to waste-reduction purposes. You can use a conventional 5V 2A charger to charge the machine.)
When you stop using the machine, please tum off the machine first and then lift the machine to remove the brush head. This prevents the remaining liquid on the brush head from splashing.
This product is set with three gears of speed, and the medium and low gears can meet the needs of most scenarios. The high gear is set to solve the stubborn stains and improve the cleaning efficiency, but the high speed will bring spray, please choose the speed gear reasonably according to the requirements.
The scouring pad and cleaning ball are for strong cleaning, and it is not recommended to use them on surfaces that are easily scratched, such as those painted with paint.

Charging Instructions

Please keep the machine charging port dry before charging

Open the silicone plug of the charging port at the tail of the handle and connect the charging cable to the charging port.
Plug the charger into the socket to start charging. The power icon on the screen will flash, and the machine will begin to charge normally. When the machine is finished charging, the power icon will stay lit.
After it is fully charged, please tighten the silicone plug of the charging port to prevent water from entering.

Can’t be charged
- Please check if the charging cable and charger are working properly.
- The screen icon is abnormal: Please contact customer service for processing.
- It usually takes 2-3 hours to fully charge the product. If the charging time is more than 3 hours, please contact customer service for processing.
The brush head stops working
- Please connect the power supply and recharge the machine before retesting.
- Brush head is easily affected by external force and blocked.Please restart the machine.
- Check whether the corresponding icon on the screen is lit. If the icon is lit but the brush head does not work, please contact after-sales for processing.
Brush hair deformation Brush head damage
- It is not advisable to apply too much external force during use. The brush can generally recover naturally after it is stationary.
- The lifespan of a brush is generally half a year. It’s recommended to replace it every half a year. If you need to purchase replacement brush heads, please search for our brand on Amazon website or contact our customer service: contact@oraimo.com
Short usage time
- Please check if there is enough power and retest after fully charging.
- Different users will use different pressures in different scenarios when using the machine. If they keep pressing the brush head or clean the surface with strong friction, or keepselecting the highest gear, the working time of the product will be less than 60 minutes. Under full charge, endurance should not be less than 20 minutes. If less than 20 minutes, please contact after-sales for processing.

Attention

Please read the instructions carefully before the first operation and keep the instructions for reference.
This product is not a toy. Close supervision is required when children are using the device or around. Please keep the product out of the reach of children.
If any abnormal noise, o~or, smoke <;>r any oth~r malfunction or damage 1s found dunng operation, please turn off the switch and pull out the plug; then contact the customer support team immediately. Do not repair it by yourself.
DO NOT store or use it near high temperatures.
This device is only suitable for home use, not for commercial or industrial use.
Keep hair, loose clothing and body parts away from the moving parts of the product.
DO NOT use the device while charging.
It is recommended to wear rubber gloves and proper eye protection when using the product to avoid splas~ing soap or detergent to the skin or eyes when operating the brush head, dismounting or connecting the brush.
DO NOT use the product in water for a long time. If the machine is soaked in water for too long or water enters the “charging port” accidentally, please shake out the liquid and let the machine air dry for at least 24 hours.
After use, please rinse the brush head in clean water and thoroughly clean it. Then put it in a co?I and dry environment for air drying. It is not advised to wash the machine in a washing machine.
After long use, there will be some heat radiation from the head of the product, which is normal heat radiation from the motor during operation. If it affects operation, please stop working for a while and then use it again.
Avoid pressing the brush head with force for a long time. Frequent or long press operations may damage the brush head.
