The data measured by the Health keep smart scale is for reference only, not as a medical opinion.

MEASURING

• Easy to slip when using the scale in wet conditions.
• After moving the scale, it needs to stand still for 5 seconds, after calibrating the sensor to the ground, and then measuring on the scale to obtain accurate data.

WARNING

1. This product uses 3 AAA dry batteries, which should be placed far away from heat sources (heaters, stoves, fireplaces Etc.) place.
2. This product is not waterproof, so avoid direct washing with water to avoid damage.
3. Do not disassemble or repair this product without authorization in the event of a malfunction. Incorrect maintenance may cause the battery to explode.
4. People who are infirm, elderly, children, etc., must use it safely under the guidance or help of those responsible for their safety.
5. Do not place this product in a place where children can reach. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.

MAINTENANCE

PRECAUTIONS FOR DAILY USE

1. This product uses 3 MA dry batteries. Please take out the batteries after using. Avoid battery power loss and increase battery life.
2. Before using this product, please keep the scale surface dry and free of water droplets, because the scale will easily slip and fall when used in wet conditions.
3. When weighing, please place the scale on a hard ground and do not use it on carpets or soft objects.
4. After using the scale, please place the scale on a water platform and store it in a cool, dry place. Please handle it gently to avoid a collision or strong impact on the scale body to damage the internal components.

Precautions

1. Pressure sensing switch machine, placed on a hard and level ground, after sensing a weight of more than 5kg,the screen will turn on.
2. If there are batteries in the package, please install the batteries according to the positive and negative directions.
3. If the scale body has a built-in AAA battery at the factory, please remove the insulating sheet.

INSTALL FIT DAYS APP

Search for “Fitdays” in the Android App Store or Apple App Store, or scan the QR code below to download and install the [Fitdays] client to connect to the device, if you use the WeChat scan function, please click the upper right corner of the page after scanning and select ” Open in the browser”, apps downloaded through other channels may become unusable.
Before connecting the [Fitdays] App to the smart body fat scale, please make sure that your device meets the following requirements:

• IPhone/iPod touch devices running 105 8.0 and above.
• Mobile devices running Android 4.3 and above and equipped with Bluetooth 4.0.

Open [Fitdays] App and turn on Bluetooth

Turn on the Bluetooth option of the mobile phone, open the Fitdays App to automatically connect to the device, and measure on the scale to realize real- time synchronization of data to the mobile App for display and recording .

USE EQUIPMENT

1. Before measurement, please load 3 AAA batteries into the battery warehouse according to the correct positive and negative poles, lightly step on the scale body to make the scale body screen light up (as shown in the figure below), and ensure that the mobile phone Bluetooth and GPS positioning are turned on status.
2. Open the App, click login/register, users who register for the first time please fill in the correct personal information.
3. Enter the App homepage, click [My]-[Device Management]-[+]-[Bluetooth Search Pairingl, enter the binding device page, click the searched device, the page pop-up box shows that the binding is successful (in my The device page can view the bound devices), go to the home page to measure on the scale.

START USING

Immediately start recording your weight data. When measuring on the scale, the two feet are naturally distributed on both sides with the center as the origin, with the forefoot on the front half pattern and the heel on the back half pattern, as shown in the figure below.

QUICK GUIDE

1. The machine is powered on or powered on by pressure. After power on, it displays 8888, and after 3 seconds, it displays 0.0kg, and waits for the measurement on the scale.
2. After the weight is weighed on the scale and stabilized, the weight value flashes 3 times to lock, the weight value such as 50kg is displayed, the measurement is completed, and the display is as follows:
3. After zero return is completed, the product will automatically shut down without weighing within 15 seconds.
4. In the state of low power, the battery symbol will be displayed with a constant light LO, and it will automatically shut down after 3 seconds. The product cannot be used. Please replace with a new AAA battery.
5. When the battery power is low, the battery symbol flashes and the product can still be used, prompting the user to replace the battery, as shown in the figure:
6. The maximum weighing weight of the machine is 180kg. If the weight exceeds 182.0kg, the product will display the overload Err symbol, and the product will automatically shut down after 3 seconds, as shown in the figure:
