• Thank you for choosing Healthkeep! This scale is your personal health assistant. It uses bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology to offer you the data you need to keep track of your personal health metrics : Weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), Body Fat %, Fat-free body,
• Subcutaneous fat %, Visceral fat, Body Water, Muscle Mass, skeletal muscle %, Bone mass, BMR, Protein, and Body age! We sincerely hope that you enjoy using your new Healthkeep scale.

How to get accurate body weight

Note: If stepping on the scale with socks, only weight and BMI will be m easured and displayed on the main page. To get complete data, please step on the scale with bare feet.

To be able to utilize all the functions of the scales, You can search “FITDAYS” in App Store or Google Play, free download and install it. You also can scan the right QR code to download the App. Please note: The App’s Unit will follow the scale.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Regular Connection
   • Insert 2xAAA batteries into the batteries compartment.
   • Place your scale on a hard, level surface.
   • Ensure Bluetooth and GPS (Android only) are enabled on your phone.
   • Then add personal data and confirm OK.
   • Step on the scale to wake it up. After the numbers on LCD display flash 3 times, after another 1-2 seconds, get off the scale.
   • Leave the App on at its main screen, it will automatically connect to the scale.
   • The App will show your data within a few seconds.
2. If the regular connection to Bluetooth failed, please try the below steps:
3. Reset the scale by taking out one battery for 5 seconds and putting it back in.
4. Reset the Bluetooth connection. Ensure Bluetooth and GPS (Android only) are enabled on your device.

  * Under the “Mine” section, select the Device.slide it left to delete the device.
  * Tap “+” on the top right to enter pairing mode.
  * Step one foot on the scale surface to wake it up.
  * After a few seconds of loading, the scale name will appear, tap and confirm it.
  * Step on the scale again to complete the pairing.

Trouble Shooting

The following error messages can appear on the display:

• Lo The batteries in the scales are too weak. Insert new batteries (see the “Replacing the Batteries” chapter).
• Err More than 180 kg are on the scales. The scales are overloaded.
• C An error has occurred during measurement. Step off the scales for 5 seconds and step onto them again to repeat the measuring process.

Safety Precautions

When using Body Composition Scale, certain basic safety precautions must be followed, including the following:

1. The Body Composition Scale should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. You should consult a doctor when undertaking any diet or exercise program.
2. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other internal device, you should not over rely on the data provided by this product. All data is for reference and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed health care professional.
3. If the scale malfunction, first check the batteries power and replace it if needed.
4. Check the device before every use. Do not use the device if damaged. The continuous use of damaged unit may cause injury or improper results.
5. Be careful when use on the wet and slippery surface.
6. When not in use long time, please remove the batteries and place the device in a dry room and protect it against extreme moisture, heat, lint, dust and direct sunlight. Never place any heavy objects on the equipment.
7. Scale is a high-precision measuring device. Never jump or stomp on the scale or disassemble. Please handle the scale carefully to avoid breakage.
8. Protect scale from blunt force,temperature fluctuations,and potentia sources(e.g.stoves, heating units).
9. Scale has a max capacity of 180 kg, please do not place anything on weights more than 180 kg.
10. The scale is not waterproof, never immerse the scale in water, Ib clean the surface, use a damp cloth or glass cleaner: Do not use soap or other chemicals.

Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

• How to get the most accurate result?
  • Stand on the scale firmly, do not shake when weigh in.
  • Take your measurement at the same time each day to ensure the most accurate results.
  • Please place your scale on the hard/flat ground, then step on the scale with bare feet, then the display will be turned on.
  • Check your profile information (gender, age and height), make sure all the data is accurate.
  • Check the place, make sure it is hard/flat, some place seems flat, but actually not, you could try move to different hard surface until it gets the same result.
  • Check the legs of the scale before measurement, if it is not balanced, the data won’t be accurate.
  • Make sure that “CAL” and “0.0” shown on the display, before each time use.
  • Keeps bare feet, with each foot touching both the top and bottom electrode.
• No body fat measured when weighing.
  • Step on with dry and bare feet.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and working.
  • Ensure personal data is entered.
• How to restart the scale?
  • First, took one of the batteries out of the scale.
  • Then, put back the batteries and wait for 5 seconds.
  • After the scale has been automatic restart, you can step onto the scale.
