Installation Method

Upper handle installation schematic: Insert the groove of the handle parallel to the self-locking valve nut (Fig. 16), make sure there is no gap between the handle and the pot lid (Fig. 17), and tighten the handle from the inside of the lid with 2 stainless steel screws using a Phillips screwdriver (Fig. 18). Then pull the rubber ring back to the original position, circle the lid, check whether the handle hole and the self-locking valve spool is concentric (slightly deviation is also normal)

  2. fit the lower handle to the pan as shown, then attach the to the pan with a Phillips screwdriver by sliding the handle through the slider.

(NOTE: Lower handle should be installed tight and straight, with the side with the symbol facing up.)

Performance features:

  1. The main body of this product is made of aluminum plate. The lid of the pot is designed in high arch shape, increasing the cooking space. The body of the pot is thin-walled and thick-bottomed, so it is heated evenly and not easy to stick to the bottom. The bottom of the pot is concave inward to speed up the heating and prevent deformation.
  2. The sealing ring has good sealing performance, no smell, and it can be opened and closed with little effort, which is in line with the national hygiene standard.
  3. The working pressure of the pressure limiting valve is 70±7KPa, so that the pressure cooker can work within the limited pressure range.
  4. Safety valve adopts pop-up structure. When the exhaust pipe is blocked and the pressure inside the cooker continues to rise, the safety valve will exhaust and reduce the pressure, thus ensuring the safe use of the pressure cooker.
  5. If the autoclave malfunctions, such as the exhaust hole is blocked or the safety valve does not work properly, you should immediately turn off the fire, cool down and check whether the autoclave malfunctions and eliminate them before continuing to use.

Instructions

  1. In order to ensure smooth opening and closing of the product, please apply cooking oil around the rubber ring and the mouth of the pot before first use (Fig. 2).
  2. Before each use, the exhaust pipe must be carefully checked to ensure that it is free from obstruction, the anti-blocking cap is clean and the self-locking spool must be flexible (Fig. 3).
  3. To close the lid, align the symbol on the left side of the lid near the handle with the symbol on the lower handle of the body of the cooker, then turn the upper handle clockwise until the upper and lower handles are completely closed (Fig. 4).
  4. After heating with the lid on, when the exhaust pipe discharges stable steam, then buckle the pressure limiting valve on the exhaust pipe (Figure 5). This can determine whether the exhaust pipe is blocked. Then observe whether the self-locking spool rises.
  5. When the pressure limiting valve exhausts, reduce the flame immediately (Figure 6), and keep the pressure limiting valve in a state of even and intermittent exhaust until the food is cooked.
  6. Cool down and depressurize before opening the lid. The method used is to remove the pot from the fire source and let it cool down naturally. Or lift the pressure limiting valve to deflate and reduce pressure (Figure 7). Forced cooling with cold water is also possible (fig. 8). Note: When cooking porridge or soup with a large amount of water, please do not lift or remove the pressure limiting valve to reduce the pressure.
  7. After confirming that the self-locking spool is in the initial position, turn the upper handle counterclockwise to open the cover (Figure 9).

Main safety technical parameters: working pressure is 63-77Kpa; safety pressure is 98-140Kpa. The pressure is 98-140Kpa; the relief pressure is 140-245Kpa.

Precautions

  1. Please fill in and read the instruction manual carefully before use, and operate according to the usage method in the instruction manual.
  2. The food and water added to the pot shall not exceed 3/4 of the body height.
  3. For foods that are easy to expand, such as steamed beans, corn, kelp, etc., do not exceed 1/2 the height of the pot.
  4. When the safety valve exhausts, it means that the pressure in the pot has exceeded the safety pressure, and the heat source should be turned off immediately. Before using it again, it should be inspected, and the exhaust pipe and the anti-blocking device cover should be cleaned, otherwise it cannot be used.
  5. The anti-blocking cover should be cleaned frequently and kept clean, and the exhaust pipe should be kept unblocked.
  6. Do not add weight or replace other objects on the pressure limiting valve.
  7. When the slider is touched to the edge of the pot cover, the pot will not close, and it needs to be pulled toward the handle to the hooked position; if it is confirmed that there is no pressure in the pot and the pot cover is still locked, When it cannot be opened normally, insert a chopstick into the self-locking valve hole of the upper handle, press the self-locking valve core, the self-locking state can be released, and the lid can be opened.
  8. Do not store salt, alkali, sugar, vinegar and steamer water in the pot for a long time, wash and dry after use to prevent corrosion of steel
  9. Dry cooking is prohibited when there is no water in the pot. Once a dry burning accident occurs, the strength of the pressure cooker will be lost, and it cannot be used as a pressure cooker.
  10. Precautions for using different heat sources:
  11. When using gas, natural gas or kerosene stoves, operate according to the instructions in the manual, but use medium heat instead of violent flames.
  12. When heating with an electric furnace, the power of the electric furnace shall not exceed 2000W.
  13. For other fire sources, when the steam is discharged from the exhaust pipe for verification, press the pressure limiting valve to exhaust. When the pressure limiting valve exhausts, the heat of the fire source should be reduced immediately. For example, for a coal stove, the heat of the fire source can be reduced by increasing the furnace ring.
  14. Devices that affect safety performance shall not be changed arbitrarily. When a safety device fails or moves Under normal circumstances, the pressure cooker cannot continue to be used. It should be sent to the designated department of the enterprise to continue to use after passing the inspection.
  15. When there are children around, special attention should be paid when using the pressure cooker.
