Product Usage Instructions
Earplug Size Selection
Start with the M/L size purple earplug. If it hurts or cannot be inserted
fully, switch to the blue size S plug.

Insertion Process

Before inserting the earplug, pull your ear to stretch the ear canal.

For a perfect seal, insert the earplug into your ear until it no longer sticks out. Ensure that the tab is still in reach for ease of removal.

To align the earplug with your ear canal, ensure that the pull tab points behind you.

Earplug Adjustment
If the earplug is too big, try the size S earplug. If it is too small, try the M/L size earplug. -
Earplug Removal
When removing the earplug, carefully pull the removal tab of the earplug. -
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regularly clean the earplugs with mild soap and lukewarm water. Ensure they are completely dry after cleaning. Store them in the provided travel case. -

How to insert and maintain your Alpine SleepDeep earplugs

Try out the M/L size purple earplug first. If it hurts or can’t be inserted fully, switch to the blue size S plug.
