Instructions for Use

Chain Installation

  • How to Remove Chain:
    • Loosen the knob and use a screwdriver to loosen the tension adjustment screw.
    • Then remove the side cover. After removing the side cover as picture, remove the chain directly.
  • How to Install the Chain Guide Plate:
    • First, load the chain into the guide plate, and the middle guide tooth just sticks into the guide plate guide slot. The chain blade should be forward. Note: The mini chainsaw has a device to adjust the tension of the chain. How to Adjust the Tightness of the Chain:
Turn the tension adjustment screw. Clockwise to tension the chain, counterclockwise is for loosening.

How to judge chain tightness:

  1. After the chain is installed, the distance from the tooth root to the guide plate is about 5mm.

Battery Usage Instructions

  1. Instructions before Use

  2. Do not expose the battery to extreme conditions such as high temperature or shock. Otherwise, it will cause personal injury due to the leakage of the electrolytic solution.

  3. The battery of this product is not fully charged. Therefore, before the first use, it must be sufficient electricity. Before charging, check that the surface of the battery is clean and dry.

  4. Do not charge the battery for a long time, and avoid using up all the power in the battery at once, otherwise the battery will be damaged.

  5. A battery lasts about 20-30 minutes. If you find that the saw is not working, the battery may be out of power. Please charge it in time.

  6. If the battery with sufficient electricity is significantly shorter, it must be replaced if the battery is exhausted.

  7. Always keep in mind applicable safety instructions protection requirements and environmental information.

  8. The red indicator light indicates charging, and the green indicator light indicates charging is completed.

  9. Charging Process

  10. Put the charger in the room between + 10°C and + 22°C, and stop moisture from entering.

  11. Check that the switch is in off position.

  12. Connect the charger to the corresponding connector for the battery pack

  13. Make sure the power is consistent with the rated values on the charger and adapter

  14. When the red light is on the charger, it indicates that the battery is charging, and the green light indicates that the charge is completed. The average charge time is 2 hours.

  15. When charging is complete, drive the connector from the power source and then cut off the connector and battery connection.

  16. 0perating Instructions

  17. Please wear suitable clothing and work gloves when using this parent. Before each use, make sure the belt is running normally. start/off switch and safety switch must be available for normal use. When loosening the start switch, the power must be turned off. If the switch is damaged, stop using the device Make sure the voltage of the power supply is consistent with the voltage on the name eplate.
    The risk of injury can be reduced by wearing protective devices and ensuring that the devices are functioning properly.

  18. To conserve battery use and ensure optimal service life for pruning and shearing, do not overload the mini chain saw to cut branches larger than 150mm.

  19. When cutting the knife edge mode to stop the operation, turn off the power switch and splash down the battery box.

Cutting Tips

  1. When the equipment is running, please keep your other hand at least 15cm away from the cutting area, and do not put your hand into the knife edge.
  2. Do not use this equipment to forcibly cut larger branches, otherwise, the chain may get stuck or the motor may be burned.
  3. ln cold or wet weather, to protect the battery pack, please place it under waterproof clothing. Please do not use this device on rainy days.
  4. We recommend that after daily use, the connection between the pruning number and the battery pack must be cut, and the power switch is closed and put together into the matching tool box.
  5. lf the user feels the electricity is not enough or the cutting is not smooth enough, check if the electricity is exhausted or the blade is dull.
  6. Please do not exceed 6 minutes of continuous cutting time to avoid overheating of the motor and suspending work.
  7. Repair functions not mentioned herein shall be performed by the Service Centre. To ensure the safety of use, only the original parts can be used.
  8. Wear gloves when handling chains. This prevents sharp blades from scratching the user. Subsequent cleaning and maintenance must be carried out regularly. This ensures long-term reliable operation of the equipment.

Maintenance and Storage

  1. To ensure that the battery is fully charged, avoid exposing the device to extremely hot or cold environments.
  2. lf the equipment will not be used for a long time, please remove the battery before storage.
  3. The batteries and chargers must be placed in the instrument box to prevent heat, dust and moisture from entering, check if the switch is off.
  4. Check whether the switch if closed or not.
  5. Short-term storage temperature less than 1 month: -20°C ~ +60°C.
  6. Short-term storage temperature less than 6 months: -10°C ~ +35°C.
  7. For longer storage time, the recommended storage temperature is 0°C-+30°C.
  8. The distance between the battery and flammable materials must be kept at 1.Sm.
  9. To ensure the service life of the device and prevent its degradation, store it in a fully charged state. When not in use, charge and discharge the battery at least once a month.
