DEAR CUSTOMER
Thank you for purchasing the Meriden toothbrush. The Meriden toothbrush is
a professional high-quality device used for oral hygiene. The Meriden
toothbrush has 3 operation modes that allow you to adjust the toothbrush to
your individual needs. The toothbrush is made of a high quality material, as
a result of which brushing your teeth is even more enjoyable. In order to
safely use the sonic technology offered by Meriden, carefully read the
instruction manual before using the toothbrush!
SAFETY RULES
The Meriden Sonic+ Smart toothbrush was designed in order to provide safe and
effective teeth brushing for you and your family. As with all electrical
appliances, it is necessary to follow the basic safety rules, especially in
the presence of children. The charging base connected to a power outlet
should be kept away from water. Do not place it or keep it near water-filled
tubs, bowls, washbasins or other containers filled with water. Do not immerse
the charging base in water or other liquids. After cleaning, ensure that the
charging base is completely dry before connecting it to a power outlet

- Before connecting the device, make sure that the voltage indicated on the device is compatible with the voltage in the electrical network.
- Do not leave the charger connected to a power outlet.
- Only use the toothbrush in accordance with the intended purpose described in this instruction manual. Do not use any accessories that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not attempt to open, repair or modify the product without authorization.
- If the toothbrush is dropped, the head of the toothbrush should be replaced before next use even if there are not visible signs of damage.
- Do not use the charging base and the cable outdoors or near sources of heat.
- If the device does not work, do not attempt to disassemble it or to replace any part of the toothbrush as this could cause the risk of electric shock. Contact your technical support hotline.
- Keep the charger in a dry and safe place, when it is not used.
CAUTION
- In the event of a serious dental surgery, contact your dentist before using the toothbrush.
- Contact your dentist in the event of heavy gum bleeding after using the toothbrush, or if minor bleeding of the gums persists for more than a week after you start using the toothbrush.
- The Meriden Sonic+ Smart toothbrush meets the safety standards for electromagnetic devices. If you have an implanted pacemaker or another medical device, please contact your physician or the manufacturer of the implanted device.
- Do not use the device if the tip of the toothbrush is damaged or if the bristles are already worn out. Damaged bristles may fall out during brushing. Replace the head of the toothbrush every 3 months or more frequently, if there are visible signs of wear.
- The Meriden Sonic+ Smart toothbrush is designed for cleaning your teeth, gums and the tongue. Do not use it for other purposes. The Meriden Sonic+ Smart toothbrush is a personal hygiene device, which is not intended to be used by a larger number of people.
- The device should not be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, and by persons who do not have any experience or knowledge in the use of this type of equipment.
BRUSHING MODES
The Meriden Sonic+ Smart toothbrush has three different brushing modes:
Normal: for daily brushing
Soft: gently massages your gums.
Refresh: brightens and polishes your teeth; thanks to the high frequency
mode, it increases the shine, and then brightens your teeth.

USING THE MERIDEN TOOTHBRUSH
Brushing your teeth – slowly and gently move the head of the toothbrush on the
teeth, above the gum line, in forward and backward motions, so that the longer
bristles are able to reach the gaps between the teeth. The toothbrush should
not be used in the same way as a traditional toothbrush. While brushing it is
necessary to regularly gently press the toothbrush against the teeth, which
will increase the efficiency of brushing. The Meriden Sonic+ Smart toothbrush
has a two-minute timer, which emits an interrupted signal every 30 seconds in
order to remind the user to brush the four sections of the mouth.

CHARGING OF THE MERIDEN TOOTHBRUSH
Before first use, the toothbrush must be charged for 24 hours.
The charging is carried out through induction. Place the toothbrush on the
charging base connected to the power supply. After the toothbrush is properly
placed, the charging will begin. During the charging an LED will light up,

WARRANTY CARD
- The warranty provider ensures the purchaser, that the device to which this warranty applies, has been designed and manufactured on the basis of high quality standards.
- The Meriden Sonic+ toothbrush is covered by a 24-month warranty period from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, certified by a proof of purchase, which should be attached to the warranty card.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Damage resulting from random events (electrical fault, fire, inundation, flooding, etc.),
- Mechanical damage caused during the use of the device by the holder of the warranty, and any defects caused by them,
- Damage resulting from the user’s fault,
- Damage resulting from the use of consumables not recommended by the manufacturer in the instruction manual,
- The breach of the warranty seals, or any other interference of persons other than authorized service personnel,
- Transportation and handling
The warranty does not cover the failure of the product due to changes in the properties (reduction in quality) of components undergoing natural wear. Warranty repairs do not include the device maintenance and cleaning activities described in the instruction manual.
Disposal of unnecessary equipment by home users in the European Union
The presence of this symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that it
cannot be disposed of in the same way as household waste. As a result you are
responsible for the disposal of waste equipment and are required to deliver
it to an authorized facility recycling unwanted electrical and electronic
equipment. The sorting, removal and recycling of waste equipment contributes
to the conservation of natural resources and ensures that recycling is carried
out in accordance with the principles of respect for human health and the
