This type of cookware is widely used for almost any recipe fromroaststodesserts. It performs well with a variety of cooking methods from searing, browning, grilling, braising, and roasting to simmering. Many cookware styles are available for cooking soups, sauces, casseroles, grills, quiches, bread, etc.

Before First Use

Remove all labels and hang tags. Wash the cookware with mild dish soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry immediately with a soft dishtowel.

Use and Maintenance

  2. Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking. Once the casserole is hot, almost all cooking can be continued on lower settings.
  3. High temperatures should only be used for boiling water for vegetables or pasta, or it will cause food to burn or stick.
  4. The interior enamelled surfaces must be treated and are not suitable for dry cooking.
  5. Always add water or oil when heating and completely cover the cookware’s inside base before heating begins.
  6. Cast iron handles, stainless steel knobs, and phenolic knobs will become hot. Always use a dry thick cloth or oven mitts when lifting
  7. Never leave cookware unattended at any time while cooking.
  8. Never leave empty cookware over a hot burner; doing so could ruin the cookware and cause damage to the stovetop.
  9. Do not place any cookware on the floors of ovens with cast iron linings. For best results always place on a shelf or rack.

Serving

  1. Place hot cookware on the trivet, wooden board, or silicone mat when serving.

  1. To protect and preserve the surface of the cookware, use ONLY wooden, plastic, or heat-resistant nylon kitchen tools to avoid scratching the enamel interior.
  2. Do not recommend using metal utensils, as they may scratch the cookware’s surface.

Maintenance

  1. Allow cookware to cool slightly first after each use, then fill cookware with warm water and a liquid dish detergent; let soak.
  2. Do not fill hot cookware with cold water or plunge into cold water because thermal shock damage to the enamel may occur.
  3. Use a sponge or a soft cloth to clean any remaining food particles.
  4. Do not use steel wool or other metal pads that make coarse scratches.
  5. Please clean it in time if you put some greasy food in it to avoid discolouration.
  6. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
  7. Scrub cookware edges gently to clean if there is any discolouration or residue.
  8. To remove tough stains, cleaning products for example a little warm vinegar may be used.
  9. Cover knobs may become loose over some time. We recommend checking them occasionally and tightening knobs as needed. Storage :
