Warranty Policy
- (1) Days free return, exchange, repair: within 7 days from the date of purchase (including 7 days), if the product appears to be in the non-human damage specifications of the product, or choose to repair free of charge.
- (2) 15 days free exchange, repair: from the date of purchase of the 8th to 15 days (including 15 days), if the product appears to be in the non-human damage specifications failure, you can choose to replace the same model with the same performance of the product, or choose to repair free of charge.
- (3) Warranty Repair: Within the warranty period, if the product appears to be in the non-human damage performance failure, you can enjoy free repair service.
The following cases are not covered by the free warranty:
- Returns, exchanges, damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during delivery and repair.
- Any damage caused by modification, disassembly, or repair not authorized by SHEZI.
- Accidental factors or human behavior lead to product damage. Such as: into the liquid, drop damage, excessive extrusion, etc. The obvious hard object damage, cracks, serious deformation, broken power cord wire, cut, bare the core, etc.
- Failure or damage due to force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).

Repair Warranty Guide
- The product shall be subject to professional testing by SHEZI service center. After confirming the failure, SHEZI service center will determine the appropriate maintenance program.
- If the product does not comply with the warranty conditions and needs to be charged, SHEZI service center will negotiate with the consumer to charges for the repair and provide a repair report.
