Before Installation

Before installing the LARCHVIEW medicine cabinet, please take note of the following:

Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Mounting Location

1. Find the desired mounting location on the wall.
2. Hold the level against the wall in the desired mounting location and draw a straight line under the level.

Step 2: Mounting Bar Placement

Place the aluminum mounting bar on the drawn line and mark the mounting hole locations.

Step 3: Wall Preparation

1. Select the location of the medicine cabinet and check if the wall is solid.
2. Measure the distance between the holes (A, A-1) in the aluminum alloy mounting bar using a tape measure and mark it on the wall with a pencil.
3. If the wall surface is ceramic tile, use a special ceramic drill bit to drill holes in the marked location. Otherwise, use a regular drill and drill bit.
4. Insert expansion plugs into the mounting holes in the wall using a hammer, then tighten the screws with a screwdriver to secure the bar. Check for levelness using a level.

Step 4: Cabinet Installation

1. Attach the medicine cabinet to the mounting bar by aligning it with the backplane hole (marked as ‘a’ in Fig 2).
2. Open the cabinet door and mark the wall with a pencil (marked as ‘g’ in Fig 2) through the backplane hole.
3. Remove the medicine cabinet and drill a mounting hole at the marked position. Insert an expansion plug into the hole.

Step 5: Final Installation

• Hang the medicine cabinet on the mounting bar as done in step 4.
• Ensure that the power to the outlet is turned off. Connect the three-core wire reserved on the wall to the three-core wire terminal block on the product.
• Finally, tighten the screw at the bottom of the medicine cabinet.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

• Before installing the product, please carefully read the instructions and operate accordingly.
• Before installing, please turn on the main power switch and ensure that it won’t be turned on
• All electrical products should be installed by a qualified electrician under wiring regulations (BS7671)
• This medicine cabinet is heavy; do not lift or install it without assistance to avoid injury
• Before installing, please check if the product is damaged to avoid any injury caused by damaged glass
• Do not clean the product surface with acidic and/or alkaline cleaning agents; please use a damp cloth

MOUNTING LOCATION

1. Find the desired mounting location. Hold a level against the wall in the desired mounting location and draw a straight line under the level.
2. Place the aluminum mounting bar on the drawn line and mark the mounting hole locations.

INSTALLATION

1. After selecting the location of the medicine cabinet, check whether the wall is solid. Measure the distance of the holes (A, A-1) in the aluminum alloy mounting bar with a tape measure and mark it on the wall with a pencil.
2. Drill holes in the marked location with a drill and drill bit.
   • Note: Use a special ceramic drill bit if the wall surface is ceramic tile.
3. Insert the expansion plugs into the mounting holes in the wall with a hammer, then tighten the screws with a screwdriver to affix the bar. Calibrate with level
4. Attach the medicine cabinet to the mounting bar as shown below, open the cabinet door, and mark on the wall with a pencil (fig 2) through the backplane hole (a)
5. Remove the medicine cabinet, drill the mounting hole at the marked position, and insert the expansion plug.
6. Hang the medicine cabinet on the mounting bar as done in step 4. Ensure the power to the outlet is turned on and connect the three-core wire reserved on the wall to the three-core wire terminal block on the product.
   • Then tighten the screw at the bottom of the medicine cabinet.
7. Place the clips on the left and right side of the cabinet body.
8. Place the glass shelf on one of the clips and push gently onto the other clip.
9. Switch on the power and then touch the switch with anger on the lens to test the product.

DOOR ADJUSTMENTS

1. Affix the medicine cabinet and check if the mirror door is flat; if not (as shown below) adjust the distance of the door opening by adjusting the hinge screw (b) and keep the door level (fig 2)
   • Rotate Clockwise: The door moves to the center of the medicine cabinet
2. If the cabinet door isn’t flat, adjust the distance between the door and the cabinet by adjusting the screw (c) to make the door flat (fig 2)
   • Note: The door and the cabinet should be too close, otherwise the door can not be opened and may lead to damage.

• Rotate Clockwise: Distance between door and cabinet reduces
• Turn clockwise: reduces the distance between the door and cabinet
