Safety Definitions

Child Safety
Destroy or recycle the carton, plastic bags, and any exterior wrapping
material immediately after the freezer is unpacked. Children should NEVER use
these items to play. Cartons covered with rugs, bedspreads, plastic sheets or
stretch wrap may become airtight chambers, and can quickly cause suffocation.
WARNING: Risk of child entrapment.
Before you throw away your old refrigerator or freezer:
Take off the doors
Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside.
Safety Instructions
- DO NOT store or use gasoline, or other flammable liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance. Read product labels for warnings regarding flammability and other hazards.
- DO NOT operate the refrigerator in the presence of explosive fumes.
- Remove all staples from the carton. Staples can cause severe cuts, and also destroy finishes if they come in contact with other appliances or furniture.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This appliance must be plugged into at least a 15 AMP 110-115 VOLT 60 Hz GROUNDED OUTLET. This appliance must be grounded. It is equipped with a 3-wire cord having a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
WARNING!
Improper use of grounded wire can result in the risk of electric shock.
Consult a physician if necessary. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature
by modifying the plug.
Avoid the use of an extension cord because it may overheat and cause a risk of
fire. However, if it is necessary to use an extension cord:
A. Use only 3-wire extension cords with 3-blade grounding plug.
B. The marked rating of an extension cord must be be equal to or greater than
the rating of this appliance.
C. It should be positioned such that it does not drape over the counter or
tabletop where it can be pulled on by children intentionally.
Attempting any maintenance or cleaning:
To minimize the possibility of electric shock, unplug this appliance from the
power surly or disconnect at the household distribution panel by removing the
fuse or switching off the circuit breaker before attempting any maintenance
or cleaning.
NOTE: Pressing the Power ON/OFF button to an off position does not disconnect
the appliance from the power supply.

OPERATION
Reversing the Door Hinge
- Remove the top hinge cover.
- Using Phillips Head Screwdriver, loosen and remove the screws holding the top hinge in place.
- Remove top hinge and carefully lift off the door.
- Remove the screw hole plugs from the opposite side and insert the plugs in the screw hole openings of the just removed screws.
- Remove any loose items in the refrigerator and carefully turn refrigerator on its back and place in a secure area.
- Loosen the screws holding the lower hinge bracket to the refrigerator and remove screws and bracket.
- Remove (2) screws from the other side and insert in the previously removed screw holes.
- Remove door pin by turning counter clockwise and reinsert to the underside of the bracket and tighten.
- Align bracket and insert (2) remaining screws into the holes provided.
- Align hole in the door with the door pin and washer and gently push down until firm.
- Align upper hinge bracket with screw holes insert screws and partially secure, check that door and cabinet are properly aligned and then secure tightly.
- Replace hinge cap.
NOTE:
As the door gets pressed in during shipping, after reversing the door, the
gasket may have to be reset. This is done to prevent the cool refrigerated air
from escaping. If there is a gap between the door gasket and the cabinet, set
the gasket by gently pulling it out to seal the gap.
Door Alignment
- Remove the top hinge cover.
- Loosen the top hinge screws using a Philips head screwdriver.
- Adjust the door or put a spacer in between and then tighten the screws.
- Replace the top hinge cover.
The refrigerator will not operate:
- The power supply cord is unplugged.
- The thermostat knob is set to the “0” position.
- A household fuse or circuit breaker has tripped.
Food in the refrigerator compartment is freezing:
- The thermostat knob is set too cold.
Food in the refrigerator compartment is not cold:
- The air vents on the drip tray are blocked in the compartment; this prevents the movement of cold air.
- The door is opened too often or not closed properly.
- A large amount of food has just been added to the refrigerator or chiller compartment.
- The position of thermostat knob is adjusted too low.
The refrigerator seems to make unusual noise:
- The refrigerator is not leveled on the floor.
- The body of the refrigerator touches a wall.
- The drip tray is not placed properly.
There is interior moisture build-up:
- The door is opened too often or not closed properly.
- The room is humid.
- The food is not packaged correctly.
The door will not close completely:
- Food packages are keeping the door from closing properly.
- The shelves are out of position
- The gaskets are dirty.
- The refrigerator is not level.

1 Year warranty
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this
product or component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are
responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us. If the
product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar
one of equal or greater value. Prior to a replacement being sent, the product
must be rendered inoperable or returned to us.
This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in
conformity with the printed directions., or damage to the product resulting
from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the
original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales
receipt, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. This
warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household
use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as on the specified
rating on the label (e.g., 120V~60Hz).
We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages
caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to
the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any
statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case
such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written
warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other
legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states or provinces
do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or
consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
