Factory Reset
Long-press the reset button on the lock, and upon hearing “Please enter the initialization password,” input 000# to restore the lock to factory settings, erasing all passwords, cards, and mobile administrator access.
Set Administrator Password
When no administrator password is set, and no mobile administrator is added, input *12#123456# → Enter administrator password# → Re-enter the same password#.
Note: This step is not necessary when managing with the app.
Add Mobile Administrator
If no administrator password is set, and no mobile administrator is added, touch the panel to hear “Please add Bluetooth administrator” and add the lock to the app. If an administrator password is set or a mobile administrator is added, enter *83#Administrator Password# on the lock to enable adding the lock as a new administrator for other app accounts.
Note: Adding a new app account as an administrator will automatically delete the lock associated with the previous account. Only one primary administrator is allowed.
Modify Administrator Password
In the app, select the lock →Click on[Settings]→Click on[Basic Information] [Administrator Unlock Password]→ Enter the new administrator password.
Note: Operations must be performed next to the lock
Alternatively, enter *12#Current Admin Password# New Admin Password# Same New Admin Password# on the lock keypad to change the administrator password.
Remove App Administrator
In the app, select the lock from which you want to remove the app administrator, click [Settings], and then click [Delete]. Enter the account password to confirm.
Note: After deleting the administrator in the app, the lock will be restored to factory settings, and all previously added fingerprints, passwords, and cards will be invalidated.
App Electronic Key
Click “Send Key” in the app to send an electronic key to other users, authorizing them as secondary administrators.
Add Password
On the app, click [Password] → [Get Password] → Select password type [Custom] → Choose validity period → Click [Set Password] → Enter the desired password.
Note: “Custom” passwords must be set up next to the lock.
On the app, click [Get Password] → Select password type: Permanent/Temporary /One-time/ Recurring/Clear → Click [Get Password].
Note: These types of passwords do not require operation next to the lock. Clearing passwords is used to delete all passwords that have already taken effect on the lock
On the lock, enter *80#Enter Administrator Password# → Enter the new password# → Re-enter the same password#
Note: Passwords added directly on the lock can be uploaded to the app for management in the settings.
After successfully adding passwords directly on the lock, you can continue adding other passwords or exit the adding mode by pressing the * key or waiting for a timeout
Note: This feature is supported in firmware versions 5.0.1 and above.
Delete Password
On the app, click [Password] → Click on the password to be deleted → Click [Delete].
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
On the lock, enter *71#Administrator Password# to delete all unlocking
passwords (Administrator password is not deleted).
On the app, click [Password] → Click on the password to be modified → Click
[Password] → Enter the new password.
Modify Password
On the lock, enter *10#Old Password# New Password# Same New Password# to modify the password.
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
On the lock, enter 72#Administrator Password# to delete a specific password
(Administrator password cannot be deleted).
For changing the administrator password, use 12#.
Rename Password
On the app, click [Password] → Click on the password to be renamed → Click [Name] → Enter the new name
Modify Password Validity Period
On the app, click [Password] → Click on the password to modify the validity period → Click [Validity Period] → Enter the new validity period → Click Save.
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
Add Fob Card
On the app, click [Fob Card] → Add Fob Card → Enter the name and select the validity period → Click [Confirm], then swipe the card to add.
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
On the lock, enter *80#Administrator Password#, then swipe the card to add.
Note: Fob cards added directly on the lock can be uploaded to the app for management in the settings
After successfully adding Fob cards directly on the lock, you can continue adding other Fob cards or exit the adding mode by pressing the * key or waiting for a timeout.

Delete Fob Card
On the app, click [Fob Card] → Click on the card to be deleted → Click [Delete].
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
On the lock, enter *69#Administrator Password# to delete all Fob cards.
Rename Fob Card
On the app, click [Fob Card] → Click on the Fob Card to be renamed → Click [Name] → Enter the new name.
Modify Fob Card Validity Period
On the app, click [Fob Card] → Click on the Fob card to modify the validity period → Click [Validity Period] → Enter the new validity period → Click Save.
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
Add Fingerprint
On the app, click [Fingerprint] → [Add Fingerprint] → Enter fingerprint name
and validity period → Click [Next] → Click [Start Adding] → According to the
phone screen and voice prompts, press the finger on the fingerprint collector
multiple times.
Enter *80# → Enter Administrator Password# → According to voice prompts, press
the finger on the fingerprint collector multiple times.
Note: Fingerprint added directly on the lock can be uploaded to the app for management in the settings.
After successfully adding fingerprints directly on the lock, you can continue adding other fingerprints or exit the adding mode by pressing the * key or waiting for a timeout
Note: This feature is supported in firmware versions 5.0.1 and above
Rename Fingerprint
On the app, click [Fingerprint] → Click on the fingerprint to be renamed → Click [Name] → Enter the new name. Click [Validity Period] → Enter the new validity period → Click Save.
Modify Fingerprint Validity Period
On the app, click [Fingerprint] → Click on the fingerprint to modify the validity period → Click [Validity Period] → Enter the new validity period → Click Save.
Note: After setting the validity period, the fingerprint can only unlock within the specified period. Must be done at the lock.
Delete Fingerprint
On the app, click [Fingerprint] → Click on the fingerprint to be deleted → Click [Delete].
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
On the lock, enter *70#Administrator Password# to delete all fingerprints.
Add Remote Control
On the app, click [Remote Control] → Add remote control (3 types: permanent/limited time/cycle) → Enter the name and select the validity period → Click Confirm, then press and hold the remote control lock button for 5 seconds to add the remote control on the app.
Rename Remote Control
On the app, click [Remote Control] → Click on the remote control to be renamed → Click [Name] → Enter the new name.
Modify Remote Control Validity Period
On the app, click [Remote Control] → Click on the remote control to modify the validity period → Click [Validity Period] → Enter the new validity period → Click Save.
Note: After setting the validity period, the remote control can only unlock within the specified period. It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
Delete Remote Control
On the app, click [Remote Control] → Click on the remote control to be deleted → Click [Delete]
Unlocked
App Unlock: Click the lock icon on the app
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock; if there is NB, you can also remotely unlock on the lock after enabling the remote unlocking function (remote unlocking is disabled by default).
Touch Unlock: With [Touch Unlock] enabled on the app, open the app, touch the
door lock to unlock.
Fob Card Unlock: Place the added Fob card in the card area to unlock.
Password Unlock: Enter the unlock password on the password keypad and press
the # key to unlock.
*Note: During password entry, press the key to delete the last entered digit. The default unlock password is 123456 when no administrator is added.**
Locking
After unlocking, it automatically locks after a 5-second timeout (excluding
temporary constant opening).
In constant opening mode or if the automatic lock exceeds 10 seconds, press
and hold the # key to lock.
App Lock: Long-press the lock icon on the app
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
Temporary Constant Opening
After unlocking (before locking), enter 123#, and the lock is set to be constantly open. It returns to the locked state after a timeout upon unlocking again. (Set automatic lock time.)
View Unlock Records
On the app, select the door lock, click [Operation Records] to view.
Note: When there is no gateway, the unlocking records of Fob cards/passwords can only be viewed after unlocking with the app.
Click on a specific Fob card/password on the app, click [Operation Records] to view all records of this Fob card/password.
Placeholder Password
Before and after entering the correct password on the lock, you can add other digits. The total length of the placeholder password is 16 digits.
Low Battery Warning
When the battery voltage is below 4.8V, touch the panel, and the voice prompt “Low battery, please replace the battery” will be heard, and the screen backlight will flash rapidly for 1 second. Before unlocking with IC card/password, there is a voice prompt “Low battery, please replace the battery,” and then unlock.
Key Functionality
During the password entry process with the key, pressing it once deletes the last entered password digit. After deleting all digits, if in adding mode, you can exit this mode. After deleting all entered digits, pressing the key three times will turn off the screen.
Set Automatic Locking Time
Enter *21#Administrator Password# Auto-Locking Seconds (1-900)#. Upon hearing the voice prompt “Operation successful,” the lock will automatically lock according to the set time after unlocking. Set the locking time through the app [Settings] → [Auto-Locking].ink.
Disable Automatic Locking
Enter *20#Administrator Password# to disable automatic locking time. Disable automatic locking through the app [Settings] → [Auto-Locking].
System Lock
After entering the wrong unlock password/card 5 times continuously (accumulated for all three unlocking methods), the system will lock the password keypad and prompt: “Illegal operation, system locked.” After a 2-minute timeout, the lock will be released from the locked state. During the lock period, using the app to unlock can release the keypad lock.
Firmware Upgrade
The lock can be upgraded through the app. Click [Settings] → [Lock Upgrade] on the app to upgrade the lock’s new firmware.
Note: It is necessary to operate next to the lock.
Default Closure of Demo Mode
Without adding an administrator, enter 24679# on the lock to activate demo mode. After enabling demo mode, any card and password 123456 can unlock the door. After setting the administrator password or adding a mobile administrator, demo mode will automatically close.
Voice Switching
Chinese Voice: Enter “39#Administrator Password#1#” on the lock.
English Voice: Enter “39#Administrator Password#2# on the lock.
Note: When an administrator is not added, use 123456 as the administrator password.
Aging Test
When no administrator is added, enter 35896# on the lock to enable the motor aging test. Enter 35896# again or power off and on to exit the motor aging test.
Lock Sound
In the app [Settings] → [Lock Upgrade], you can turn on and off the lock
sound. When the lock sound is turned off, the screen will flash when touching
the buttons to indicate that the buttons have been pressed.
Enter 30#Administrator Password#0# on the lock to turn off the lock sound.
Enter 30#Administrator Password#1# on the lock to turn on the lock sound.
Enable Anti-Prizing:
Enter “*32#Administrator Password#1#” on the lock
Disable Anti-Prizing
Enter “*32#Administrator Password#0#” on the lock
Note: When no administrator is added, use 123456 as the administrator password. Enable Deadbolt:
Long-press the deadbolt button on the lock for about 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt “Door is deadlocked.” Release it, and the door is deadlocked. Using a card/password/fingerprint to unlock will fail.
Disable Deadbolt
Short-press the deadbolt button once. You will hear “Deadbolt has been released,” and the deadbolt function is released. Now, using an added card/password/fingerprint can unlock the door. After deadbolt is enabled, unlocking is possible using the administrator password and app.
Lock Time
In the app settings, click [Lock Time] to view the clock. If the time is inaccurate, click [Calibrate Time] to calibrate, or use the app to unlock once to calibrate the time.
