Step 1 Turn ON the monitor

• Put batteries following + / –

• Close cover with screwdriver

• Turn ON

Step 2 Turn On the Pad

• Locate transmitter pocket and open it
  
  

• Turn ON

Step 3 Preparation

• Get the 4 anti-slip stickers

• Stick them on the BACKSIDE of the pad

• Pull back the sheet/ fitted sheet

Step 4 Pairing

• Hold “PAIR” button for 2-6 sec until status light turns STEADY GREEN

• Press & Release the center of the pad while holding the monitor as image below

• Sensor 1 light blinks once to indicate pairing was successful

Step 5 Test

• Press & Release again the center of the pad

• ALARM MUST SOUND Cancel alarm by FIRMLY pressing “STOP” button

If the Alarm didn’t sound turn OFF the pad & monitor and go back to Step 1.

Step Pad Placement

• Place pad across the bed beneath where the hips of the patient will be
  

• Cover pad with the fitted sheet

Test system by lying down and exiting bed before use with loved one/patient.
