Product Usage Instructions

APP Software Download

1. Connect the USB drive to your PC.
2. Locate the default apk file in the USB drive and transfer it to your phone.
3. If you prefer to receive the software directly, please contact us and provide your email address.

Change Language

Note : The current available languages are English and Chinese. Additional languages will be available in the future.

1. Open the drive on your phone.
2. Navigate to “Setting” > “Language”.
3. Choose the language you want to use from the available options.

Set Password and Fingerprint

1. Plug the USB drive into your phone after downloading the app.
2. When prompted, select an application for the USB device and click “OK” to open it.
3. Click “Confirm” to allow OTG permission.
4. Click “Confirm” to set a password. Remember the password as it is essential for accessing the data. If you have already set a password on your PC, enter the same password here.
5. Enter the password and click “Next Step” to set up fingerprint authentication.
6. Enter a name for the fingerprint.
7. Place your finger on the sensor and repeat this step several times to complete the fingerprint setup.
8. You can now use the software to back up images, videos, documents, music, albums, and contacts. Additionally, you can perform a full backup of your phone and restore data. Note: Make sure to back up all data before attempting to restore on a phone.

Change Password and Add Fingerprint

1. To change the password, go to “Setting” > “Encryption Manage” > “Change Password”. Enter the new password and click “Determine”.
2. To add a fingerprint, go to “Setting” > “Encryption Manage” > “Add Fingerprint”. Enter a fingerprint name and click “Next Step”. Place your finger repeatedly on the sensor until the setup is complete.

Turn on and Turn off Fingerprint

Note : You can only delete passwords and fingerprints on a PC.

1. Go to “Setting” > “Encryption Manage”.
2. To turn on fingerprint lock, click the “Turn on Fingerprint Lock” switch.
3. To turn off fingerprint lock, click the “Turn off Fingerprint Lock” switch.

Data Backup

1. Open the software and click on “Phone”.
2. Select “Picture”.
3. Choose the pictures you want to back up.
4. Click “Copied to The” and select the target path or create a new folder.
5. Click “Confirm”. For video files, click on “Video”.

Contacts Backup

1. On the homepage, click on “Contacts Backup”.
2. Click “Backup Now”.

8. Phone Backup

1. On the homepage, click on “Phone Backup”.
2. Click “Backup Now” to back up all the files on your phone.
3. Note : Do not restart or turn off your phone during the backup or restore process to avoid data loss. Click “Finish” after the transfer is complete.

Restore Phone
Note: Make sure to perform a phone backup before restoring.

1. On the homepage, click on “Restore Phone”.
2. Select the phone you want to restore.
3. Click “Next”.
4. Select the files you want to restore.
5. Click “Start Restoring”.

Auto Backup Setting

1. Go to “Backup Setting” on the Setting page.
2. You can enable or disable the Auto Backup function.
3. Select the types of files you want to automatically back up.

Note : We do not recommend enabling “Delete local backed up data when the backup is complete”.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Q: Is it normal for the USB drive to heat up during operation?
  A: Yes, it is normal for the USB drive to generate heat during operation. There is no need to worry about it.

• Q: How many fingerprint IDs can I set?
  A: You can set up to 10 fingerprint IDs for convenient office team usage.

• Q: Can I change the language of the software?
  A: Yes, you can change the language of the software by going to “Setting” > “Language” and selecting your preferred language.

• Q: What should I do if I forget the password?
  A: If you forget the password, no one will be able to access the data. Make sure to remember the password. If you have already set a password on your PC, enter the same password to access the data.

Note : The USB drive will be a little heat during work, but it is a normal situation and you don’t need to worry about it.

APP Software Download

1. Open the drive on PC, there is a default apk file and you can transfer it to your phone.
2. Contact us to ask the software(send us your e-mail directly).

Change Language
Note: We only have English and Chinese yet, but we will have Russian, Portuguese, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Italian, German and Arabic in the future. Click “Setting” — “Language” — Choose the language you want to choose.

Set Password and Fingerprint

1. Plug the drive in your Phone after APP download, the system will automatically pop up to select an application for the USB device, click “OK” to open it.

2. Click “Confirm” to agree the apply for OTG permission

3. Click “Confirm” to set the password
   Note : Remember the password. Once you forget it, no one will be able to access the data. If you set a password on the PC already, just need to enter the same password.

4. Enter the password, click “The next step” to set fingerprint

5. Enter the fingerprint name
   Note : You can set 10 fingerprint IDs at most, it is convenient for office team usage.

6. Press your finger and repeat it for several times to full it.

7. You can enter the software and back up images, videos, documents, music, albums, and contacts now. You can also perform a full backup of your phone and restore data. Note: The prerequisite for restoring data on a phone is to back up all data firstly.

Change Password and Add Fingerprint

1. Change Password
   Click “Setting” — “Encryption manage” — Change the Password — Enter the new pass word–Click “determine”.

2. Add fingerprint
   Click “Setting” — “Encryption manage” — Add fingerprint — Enter fingerprint name –Click “The next step” — Press your finger repeatedly and full it to add the new fingerprint.
   Note : the system will finish automatically after the fingerprint is full.

Turn on and Turn off Fingerprint

Note :The Password and fingerprints only can be deleted on PC.
Click “Setting”– “Encryption manage” — Turn on or Turn off “Fingerprint lock switch”.

Data Backup

Click “Phone”– “Picture” — –Select the picture you want to backup — Click “Copied to The” — Select the target path or Create a new folder — Click “Confirm”. If you want to copy other files like Video, just click “Video”.

Contacts Backup

Click “Contacts Backup” on HomePage — Click ”Backup now”

Phone Backup

• Click “Phone Backup” on HomePage — Click ”Backup now”.
• Then you can backup all the files in your phone.

Note :During the backup or restore process, please do not restart or turn off your phone to avoid data loss. Click “Finish” after the transfer is finished.

Restore Phone

Note: You need to finished “Phone Backup” before “Restore Phone”.
Click “Restore Phone” on HomePage — Select the phone you want to restore –Click ”Next” — Select the files you want to store — Click “Start restoring”.

Auto Backup Setting

Click “Backup setting” on the Setting Page, then you can open or close “Auto backup” function.
You can choose what kind of files you want to auto backup.

Note :We don’t suggest to open “Delete local backed up data when the backup is complete”.
Note : All functions mentioned above must be available before installing the software
