INSTALLATION STEPS
Install the Door Latch
Put the latch into the door hole and fix it with screws. Please note the
inserting angle and direction.
Note: When extending the latch length needed, rotate up and pull to the
length icon of the latch 2-3/4″ (70mm), then rotate back to lock the length.
Install the Front Panel
Make sure the lock cylinder is aligned with the lock hole then insert it
vertically, and let the cable pass through the space under the latch.
Install the Mounting Plate
Please fix the mounting plate to the door and the front panel, find the
correct screws and insert them into the holes, tighten the screws to prevent
the front panel from loosening.
Install the Back Panel
Please insert the data cable into the circuit board socket (which is on the
left bottom of the back panel), then open the battery cover and fix the back
panel with screws.
Note: Please do not damage the socket with sharp objects.
Install Batteries
- NOTE : Before installing batteries and power on the door lock, keep the knob vertical. Then, try to manually turn the knob left or right(according to the latch is on which side) to test if the knob can rotate normally without obstruction. And turn the knob back to vertical.
- AA batteries are required, and batteries are not included in the package, you need to buy 4 AA batteries and install them into the back panel of the door lock. Finally, close the battery cover.

BUTTON AND INDICATOR FUNCTION EXPLANATION
OPERATION
Register and Add Users：
Note: A Mode refers to the English broadcast state, and B Mode refers to
the beep sound state.

System Initialization
-
A: Open the battery cover, and hold down the ”Reset” button for 5 seconds, within 5 seconds, factory data reset is successful until the broadcast of ”Initialization succeeded”.

B: Hold down the reset key for 5 seconds, within the 5 seconds, factory data reset is successful until a long ”beep” sounds.
Note: After factory reset, the unlock password is “123456”. -
Lock Direction Setting
After the door lock is powered on, and when the system is in an initialized setting state(No users registered), the lock direction can be automatically identified and set, broadcast of ”Lock direction setting succeeded” or a long sound refers to the successful setting of the lock direction.
After setting the user, the unlocking direction cannot be set, you need to reset system to operate.
Register User
- A: If there are no users, short press the “Reset” button for 1s, and broadcast ”Please enter a new password”, enter the new administrator password, and press the” ” key to confirm. Broadcast ”Please enter a new password again”, then enter the new administrator password again, press the” ” key, and broadcast ”Added successfully”. The indicator green light is lit up, user is successfully added. If there is a short “beep” three times, the red light is lit up, which stands for addition failed.
- B: If there are no users, short press the “Reset” button for 1s, and a short “beep” will sound twice, then enter the new administrator password, and press the” ” key to confirm. Then, a short “beep” will sound twice, enter the new administrator password again, press the” “key, and a long”beep” will sound. If the green light is lit up, the user is successfully added. If there is a short “beep” three times, the red light is lit up, which stands for addition failed.
Add Multiple Users
- A: If administrator users are excited, short press the “Reset” button for 1s, and broadcast ”Authentication administrator”. Enter the registered administrator password and press the” ” key, the green light will be lit up, which means the administrator is successfully verified. Then broadcast ”Please enter a new password”, enter the new password, press ” ” key to confirm, and there will be broadcast ”Please enter a new password again”. Enter the password again and also press the ” ” key to confirm, there will be a broadcast ”Added successfully” and the green light will be lit up, which stands for successful user addition, a short “beep” sound three times means addition failed.
- B: If administrator users are excited, short press the “Reset” button for 1s, and a short “beep” will sound twice, enter the registered administrator password and press ” “, there will be a long “beep” sound and the green light will be lit up, which means the administrator is successfully verified. Then enter the new password, press ” ” key to confirm, there will be a short “beep” sound twice. Enter the password again, and press the ” ” key to confirm again, there will be a long “beep” sound and the green light will be lit up, which stands for successful user addition, a short “beep” sound for three times stands for addition failed.
Automatic Locking Switch
- A: When the user is already registered, press 777 and enter ” ” key, there will be a broadcast ”Authentication administrator”, then enter the administrator password and enter the” ” key to confirm, after successful verification, there will be a long “beep” sound for once.
- ( If the automatic back locking function has been turned on before, the automatic back locking will be turned off. If the automatic back locking function is off before, the automatic back locking will be turned on. )
- B: When the user is already registered, press 777 and enter ” ” key, there will be a short “beep” sound for twice, then enter the administrator password and press ” ” key to confirm, and after successful verification, there will be a long “beep” sound for once.
- ( If the automatic back locking function has been turned on before, the automatic back locking will be turned off. If the automatic back locking function is off before, the automatic back locking will be turned on. )
Switch Between ”English” and “Beep” Prompt Tone Mode
Hold down the ”Reset” button for 5 seconds. After restoring the factory
settings, the default tone mode is English, and in the initialization state,
press the “222+ ” key to switch between ”English” or “beep” prompt tone mode.
Note: It is recommended to use ”English” prompt tone mode to set lock initialization data or other related operations.
Other Operations
- Error Tips
- The red light will be lit up for 2 seconds and make a sound of “beep” three times.
- Prompt for Success
- The green light will be lit up for 2 seconds, then a long “beep” sounds for once.
- Lock successfully closed, broadcast ”Locked” or make a sound of a long “beep”.
- Lock successfully opened, broadcast ”Unlocked” or make a sound of a long”beep”.
- The System is Locked
- When wrongly enter a password five times, the system will be locked for 1 minute. After the system is locked, there will be a voice prompt of alarm or “beep” sound when you enter any key. The system can only be unlocked after a countdown 1 minute or power off, then restart the system.
Adjust the Volume of the Prompt
To adjust the volume of the prompt sound, press the ”000” + ” ” key to adjust
the volume. The volume has three level cycle settings: ”small-medium-large”.
Normally-open Function Setting
- A: After the door is unlocked with the password, in the next 3s, press “7”,”8″ and ” “keys, to activate the normally-open setting, there will be a broadcast ”Normally open mode, please pay attention to safety” for once. Then, the normally open setting is ON. The normally open setting can be canceled by opening the door with the password or pressing the quick open/close button on the back panel.
- B: After the door is unlocked with the password, in the next 3s, press “7”,”8″ and ” “keys, activate the normally-open setting, and there will be a long “beep” sound for once. Then, the normally open setting is ON. It can be canceled by opening the door with the password or pressing the quick open/close button on the back panel.
Anti-Peeping Password Protection
You can add random numbers before and after the correct password, and then
press the ” ” key to open the door.
Opening and Closing the Door Inside
If you are inside the door and want to get out, or lock the door inside fast,
press the ”Quick Open/Close Button” inside, or manually rotate the knob to
open or close the door.
Note: The door can only be opened when the knob is turned 90 degrees in one direction.
Precautions
- To open or close the door, ”Manual on/off Knob” can only be rotated 90 degrees in one direction.
- Password Capacity: 3 administrative users, 47 ordinary users.
- Low battery prompt. When the door lock prompts “low battery, please replace the battery”, please replace the battery in time.
- Arbitrary disassembly is prohibited. This product is composed of sophisticated and complicated components. To avoid abnormal operation of the product or other dangers occurring, please do not disassemble or assemble the internal structure at will. If you need to disassemble or assemble again, please contact professionals.
- Caution on the cleaning method: Please use a dry cloth to clean the product. To avoid circuit faults, please do not wash the lock with water.
