SEASONING OIRECTIONS
- Wipe Down Surface
- Preheat Griddle or Cast Iron
- Scoop Griddle Seasoning and Apply to the Surface
- Spread Griddle Seasoning Evenly
- Let the Seasoning Burn [Smoke) Off
- Repeat Steps 3-5 [Minimum of 3 Timesl
- Start Cooking!
- To Maintain Seasoning, Apply a Thin Layer After Each Use or After Cleaning Caution – Spontaneous combustion (fire) may result from oil-soaked materials. Properly dispose of oil-soaked rags/towels
