Product Usage Instructions

Product Buttons and Operation

The Smart Helmet Headset has two buttons for different functions:

LED Light Function Button

Actions and Functions:

  • Volume +: Click to go to the next song when music is playing.
    Long press to increase the volume.

  • Volume -: Click to go to the previous song when music is playing. Long press to decrease the volume.

Function Button

Actions and Functions:

  • + Volume -: Click to answer a call when it comes in, hang up during a call, play/pause music.
  • + Volume -: Long press to turn on the device, activate voice assistant, or reject a call.
  • + Volume -: Double-click to redial the last number.
  • + Volume -: Triple-click to disconnect the previous phone and pair with a new one.
  • + Volume -: Long press to turn off the device.

Status Indication

The LED light and voice prompts provide status indications for different scenarios:

  • Turn On: Blue light on, Voice Prompt: “Turn On”
  • Charging: Red light always on, Voice Prompt: None
  • Turn Off: Red light on, Voice Prompt: “Turn Off”
  • Fully Charged: Red light off, Voice Prompt: None
  • Bluetooth Pairing: Red and blue lights flash alternately (0.3s)
  • Low Battery: Red light flashes slowly (0.2s on, 1s off), Voice Prompt: “Low battery”
  • Bluetooth Connected: Blue light flashes slowly (0.2s on, 2s off), Voice Prompt: “Connected”
  • Audio Player: Blue light flashes slowly, Voice Prompt: “Maximum volume” / “Minimum volume”

How many Bluetooth devices can be connected to the AiH1?

The AiH1 can be connected to up to 2 Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

What should I do if the device is not pairing with my Bluetooth device?

If the pairing process is not successful, please try the following:

  • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the AiH1 and your Bluetooth device.
  • Connect the AiH1 to a different power outlet from your Bluetooth device.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for further assistance.
