Product Usage Instructions

Turning on the FineIn Tag

Press the FineIn Tag Function Button once to turn it on. It should beep once to indicate that it is powered on.

Setting up the FineIn Tag

  1. Once your FineIn Tag is located, tap “Connect”.
  2. Tap on your FineIn Tag from the list.
  3. Tap “Play Sound” to make your FineIn Tag beep.
  4. Tap “Finish” and your FineIn Tag will be set up and ready to be used.

Finding the FineIn Tag’s Location

To find your FineIn Tag’s location:

  • Tap on your FineIn Tag from the list.
  • Your FineIn Tag’s location will appear on the map with a time stamp of when the item was located.
  • To navigate to the FineIn Tag’s location, tap “Directions” to open Apple Maps.

Notifications

You will receive a notification when you leave your FineIn Tag behind and it’s no longer in range of your device.

When your FineIn Tag is seen by another Find My network device, you will receive a notification of its location. Note: “Notify When Found” can only be activated when your FineIn Tag is out of range.

Resetting and Removing the FineIn Tag

To reset the FineIn Tag:

  • Tap on your FineIn Tag from the list.
  • Select “Reset FineIn Tag”.

To remove the FineIn Tag:

  • Tap on your FineIn Tag from the list.
  • Select “Remove The FineIn Tag”.

Getting Started

Power On / Off:
• Press the Fineln Tag Function Button once to turn it on.It should beep once to indicate that it is powered on
• To power off, hold the same button for at least three seconds. You will hear two beeps to indicate that your Fineln Tag is powered off.

Add Your Fineln Tag

Start The App

Open Find My™ app on your supported iPhone or iPad.

Connect Your Fineln Tag

  • Press the function button once to power on your FineIn Tag
  • Tapt, then “Add Other Item”.
  • Once your FineIn Tag is located, tap “Connect”.
  • Enter a name and choose an emoji for your and tap”Continue”.
  • Find My™ will ask for confirmation to add your FineIn Tag to your Apple ID Tap “Agree”
  • Tap “Finish” and your FineIn Tag will be set up and ready to be used.

Locate Your Fineln Tag

Find Finein Tag When It’s Nearby:

  • Open Find My™™ app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find Items app on your Apple Watch.
  • Tap on your Fineln Tag from the list
  • Tap “Play Sound” to make your FineIn Tag beep.
  •  Tap “Stop Sound” to stop the beeps once you find them.

Find FineIn Tag’s Location:

  • Open Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find Items app on your Apple Watch.
  • Tap on your FineIn Tag from the list
  • Your FineIn Tag’s location will appear on theMap with a time stamp of when the item was located
  • To navigate to the FineIn Tag’s location, tap ”

Enabling”Notify When Left Behind”:

  •  Open Find My™ app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find Items app on your Apple Watch.
    Tap on your Fineh Tag from the list

  • Under “Notifications” enable the “Notify When Left Behind” toggle.

  • You will receive a notification when you leave your Fineln

  • Tag behind and it’s no longer in range of your device.

  • Under “Notifications”, enable the “Notify When Found” toggle.
  • When your Fineln Tag is seen by another Find My network device,you will receive a notification of its location.
  • Note:”Notify When Found”can only be activated when your Fineln Tag is out of range.

When Your Fineln Tag Lost

Enabling”Lost Mode”:

  • Open Find My™ app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find Items app on your Apple Watch.
    Tap on your Fineln Tag from the list.

  • Under “Lost Mode” tap “Enable”

  • A screen detailing Lost Mode will pop up, tap “Continue”.

  • Enter your phone number or email address and tap “Next”.

  • You may enter a message that will be shared with the person that finds your item.

  • Tap “Activate” to enable “Lost Mode”

  • Note: When “Lost Mode” is enabled, “Notify When Found” is automatically enabled.

  • Note: When”Lost Mode” is enabled your Fineln Tag is locked and cannot be paired to a new device.

Reset FineIn Tag

Remove The Fineln Tag From Find My™”App:

  •  Open Find My™ app and select the “Items” tab.
  • Tap on your Fineln Tag from the list.
  • Please ensure”Lost Mode” is disabled.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Remove [tem.”
  • A summary will open, tap “Remove” to confirm.

Factory Reset Your Fineln Tag:

  • After successfully removing the Fineln Tag from the Find MyTM app, press the iTag’s function button four times rapidly and then hold it a fifth time until you hear a ringing chime.
  • Threw apule Tag. is now reset and ready to be paired to a new Apple ID.

Extras

Replace The Battery:

  • Slide the opening slider on the back of your FineIn Tag to carefully open the shells.
  • Replace the battery with a new CR2016 battery placing it positive side up (text facing up).
  • Carefully close the iTag by aligning the top hole on both sides.

Unwanted tracking:
If any Find My network accessory separated from its owner is seen moving with you over time, you’ll be notified in one of two ways:

  1. If you have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, Find My will send notification to your Apple device.This feature is available on iOS or iPados 14.5 or later.
  2. If you don’t have an iOS device or a smartphone, a Find My network accessory that isn’t with its owner for a period of time will emit a sound when it’s moved.
    These features were created specifically to discourage people from trying to track you without your knowledge.
