Product Usage Instructions

Charging the Headphones:
Before using the headphones, make sure to charge them using the following items:

  • USB charging cable (included)
  • USB AC adaptor (not included)
    While the headphones are charging, the LED indicator located on the right ear cup will glow red. Once fully charged, the LED indicator will automatically turn to solid blue.

Power On/Off:
To turn the headphones on or off, press and hold the Button for 2 seconds.

Bluetooth Pairing:
To pair the headphones with a Bluetooth-enabled device, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the headphones by pressing and holding the Button for 2 seconds.
  2. The headphones will enter pairing mode, and the LED indicator will flash blue and red.
  3. Select ‘T2G-VB26’ on your Bluetooth-enabled device to connect.
  4. A tone will sound, and the LED indicator will turn to solid blue when pairing is complete.
  5. Once paired, the headphones will automatically connect to your Bluetooth device whenever it is in range.
  6. To play or pause audio, press the Button. Use the controls on your device to navigate tracks and adjust the volume.
  7. If no audio is playing for 60 minutes, the headphones will automatically shut off to conserve the battery. Press the Button to resume operation.

Speakerphone:
To use the headphones for phone calls, follow these instructions:

  • Press the Button to accept an incoming phone call.
  • Press and hold the Button to reject an incoming call.
  • Press the Button to end a phone call.

FAQ

  • What should I do if the LED indicator does not turn blue after charging?
    If the LED indicator does not turn blue after charging, please contact our customer support for assistance.

  • How long does it take to fully charge the headphones?
    The charging time may vary, but it usually takes approximately X hours to fully charge the headphones.

  • Can I use my own USB AC adaptor for charging?
    Yes, you can use your own USB AC adaptor as long as it is compatible with the headphones.

  • How do I know if the headphones are in pairing mode?
    When the LED indicator is flashing blue and red, it means the headphones are in pairing mode.

  • Can I use the headphones while they are charging?
    Yes, you can use the headphones while they are charging.

CHARGE BEFORE USE

  • The LED indicator (located on the right ear cup) will glow red while the headphones are charging, and will automatically turn to solid blue once fully charged.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING

  • Press and hold the Button for 2 seconds to turn the headphones ON. The headphones will enter pairing mode and the LED indicator will flash blue and red.
  • Select ‘T2G-VB26’ on your Bluetooth-enabled device to connect.
  • A tone will sound and LED indicator will turn to solid blue when pairing is complete. Once paired, headphones will automatically connect to your BT device whenever it is in range.
  • When audio is playing, press the Button to play or pause.
  • Use the controls on your device to navigate tracks and adjust the volume.
  • If no audio is playing for 60 minutes, the unit will automatically shut off to conserve the battery. Press the Button to resume operation.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION

  • WARNING: For your safety, do not use headphones if they would prevent you from hearing warning sounds, such as while riding a bike, crossing the street, etc.
  • IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS – Please heed all warnings, read and follow all instructions and keep these instructions handy for future reference. Only use an UL/ETL certified charging adapter (not included), and the supplied USB charging cable. Never leave the device unattended when charging. Always charge lithium devices on a non-flammable surface – wooden tables, carpeted floors and bedding are not recommended charging surfaces. Keep batteries out of the reach of infants small children.
  • GENERAL BATTERY PRECAUTIONS – Never use or charge a battery if it appears to be leaking, or in any way abnormal. Avoid charging battery when the temperature is not within 5°C – 35° C (41° – 95° Fahrenheit). Never expose a battery to any liquid, or to excessive heat such as direct sunlight or fire. Never leave in an unventilated vehicle where excessive internal temperatures may be encountered.
  • WARNING/DISPOSAL OF UNIT – Do NOT attempt to change or disassemble the built-in battery. Doing so will void the warranty and could cause personal injury and damage to your device. Do not dispose of batteries in the household trash or fire. Always dispose of used batteries/electronics in accordance with the prevailing community regulations.
